I like the firmness on the chair. The only problem when I put it together the gray plastic lining on both sides of the chair started falling off.

I earned $100 from buying a TV. I used it for this new office chair. The service was great. It was delivered on time and easy to put together.

I weigh over 230lbs and supports me very well! Not recommended for those under 5' as the lowest it goes is not super low.

If you are looking for a great soft leather seat that is comfortable, made of good quality leather, and built very solid look no further. Was easy to assemble and got it at my computer desk feels very good against the skin, lots of padding. If you have been shopping around and still cant decide, well this is the one, what a great buy. Definitely recommended!

I got this for my Son at Christmas and he loves it, the quality is very nice.

The chair is not very comfortable. It has no back support. But, I guess you get what you pay for.

I needed a new chair and decided to purchase this one. I couldn't be happier.

Bought this computer chair for my home. In total it might of gotten a total of 40 hrs of seat time. Nothing crazy but broke nearly 3 months ago where the arms are connected to the seat portion. Once this happened I had see exactly what happened and to my disbelief the seat portion was made out of plywood. Please Please don't buy this product. Like I stated above the chair got minimal use before it broke.

Purchased this as a replacement chair. Took about 30 min to put together. Overall the chair is comfortable and the leather finish is nice and soft. Can sit for hours with no back or comfort issues.

Ordered this chair because of the price and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and husband put it together on how great it sits. It is very comfortable and it looks GREAT!

I read reviews, ordered the chair and have never been happy with it. The past few months the pneumatic has been slipping and it now doesn't stay up at all. I thought because it was a Serta with good reviews I would risk ordering it. I have found Best Buy to be one of the worst company's that I deal with. I go there to review a product and usually buy for two reasons. I can't go to Amazon to see a product, Best Buy will meet Amazon's price and I think it is not ethical for me to go to a big box store to check out a product and purchase it elsewhere. I feel lucky that we have a place to see a product I am interested in and do not want to see them close because they can no longer afford the rent. However I wish customer service was more accessible for products like this. I get tired of the hassles. In any case, anyone reading this should try to sit in this chair before they make a purchase.

I've had this chair for less than 6 months and it has already broke. The first problem is that the chair is completely supported / put together by the arm rest. I use the chair for working at my computer and while it is comfortable the chair quickly broke at the arm rest. One of the screws split and there is no way to recover it. Since it was a nice chair (and fairly expensive) I tried to remove the screw, however there is no way to get it out. At this point the chair is unusable. Long story short, poor quality screws and construction. Very frustrated due to price that this chair would break so fast.
