My family shares the chair. It works great for the men but I am only 5'3" so I like a little something under my feet. The chair is comfortable and operates well. It is a handsome chair. After about 9 months the leather started to separate from the stitching. I called Living Styles Office Furniture (800) 379-9773 and was greeted by a very kind and helpful customer service agent who sent a new seat.

Easy to setup, comfortable, and if you are a larger person ( like myself ) offers much better support than any gaming chair in a comparable price range.

Absolutely comfortable for my needs compared to other cheaper chairs, assembly took less than an hour and the instructions easy to follow.

The serta big and tall chair is very comfortable the assembly is easy just follow the easy instructions and letter labels on the screws in the packet, it also comes with a Allen wrench everything you need to assemble it.. The arms are a little tricky to put on…All and all great comfortable chair.I ordered the chestnut .the chestnut is a dark chestnut.. The screws come in a plastic packet labeled with letters..it makes it easier to assemble..

I got this chair because I was dealing with back pain from sitting in my old work chair all day. The last mont has been great with this chair no more back pain and it has a good bit of support which is good since I,m a big guy who's 6'2 and weighs a little over 300 pounds

Have been using over 7 months, very sturdy and comfortable. You can take a nap on it. Still think it is still a bit pricey.

Easy assembly, good quality. It's heavy, so get help moving it upstairs or you'll pull a back muscle like I did.

Comfy chair, less than n2 months and the color started to come of on me, I believe the leather dye is defective. I had chairs cost a lot less held up better.

Pretty comfortable. It’s big and wide and very plush. Assembly was easy, does require 2 people when getting the back on, as the back is a little heavy. No need for extra tools as everything comes assembled. Instruction were in a weird spot though, so be sure to really look for them.

My family has had several office chairs over the years and this by far has been the best so far. Very comfortable, rolls and adjusts heights easily.

So reluctant to buy a chair online and finally booked it after seeing the review more carefully. The chair is absolutely amazing for a big guy. It doesn't make the squeaking noise turning or during a drag. But the right arm rest has 2 screws in which i was shocked to see there was a plastic mold blocking the hole. I can't imagine this is a defective one. I had to use my drill to clear it off so that the screw goes through it . That's 3 star !

Great chair. I got the big executive size so i could cross my legs in the chair and still have room. I work 10+ hours on the computer at home, so co gort was a huge plus. I am 5ft 3 inches and 150lbs. If i sit all the way back in the chair, my feet don't touch the floor. But i put them up on a small stool under my desk so my legs dont swell.

The chair is comfy and relatively easy to assemble. I ordered two based on the reviews of others. One chair back arrived with a cut and the other was 1/2” shorter on one side. Because these are now sold out, I decided to keep the uneven seat back. I am returning the damaged chair to the store.

Have had it for over a year and still going strong, very comfortable, only downside is that the back is static and not movable so when you lay back you really lay back other than that worthwhile investment

Very comfortable and good looking chair. The quality is top notch. I am 300+ lbs and feel confident sitting on this chair during work hours. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable large person chair. I’m 62 and was able to put it together all my myself. Excellent instruction booklet and all parts packaged well. Took off 1 star as I cannot figure out how to decrease tilt of chair. Otherwise very comfortable to use while working.
