I ordered the chestnut one, 2-3 days later it still shows in stock but their customer service chat thing says its out of stock. Its a good chair but do not buy it from bestbuy

The chair material is already cracking, loud creeking noises when u sit down and it won’t stay at the height he wants! I thought the price was a bit high and maybe the quality would match. NOPE!

The only complaint I have is when I sit in it I hear some weird clunk and it doesn't have a lock to recline. You are either upright or reclining, there isn't an option to semi-recline and lock it in like other chairs. Overall its a good value for the money you pay though.

The back is taller than normal as well which is nice. It could go a little lower. I'm 6'4" and at it's lowest setting it's about right for me - hence it being a "big and tall chair". I would recommend buying this chair because the price for what you get is great!
