    Nothing special with this chair. Right arm of chair was cracked on arrival and needs replacing before put together. Regardless, for the amount paid you would hope to have a product that offers more comfort with less breakable plastic material.

    We purchased six chairs for our conference room and so far so good. We've assembled three of the chairs and they are comfortable. Will have to wait and see if they wear well.

    Ordered my Serta office/desk chair online, and one week later picked it up at my local Best Buy . . . an employee helped me get the box into my car and the chair is AMAZING!

    The chair is easy to put together and is of good quality. However, if you are over 5' 7" or 5' 8" I do not recommend this chair. The back is too short so the "headrest" portion will cause you back pain over time if it is used often. I have spent a lot of time working and gaming in this chair and decided to switch back to my old chair because of the back pain.

    my son loves this chair. It was a Christmas gift and he specified he wanted lumbar support. He says it is better than expected and fits him perfectly. He's 6'2 and always had trouble with the headrest but now he doesn't with this chair

    Arm supports are great...great adjusted arm rest levels. But seat is kind of short. Good for short person not average height person.
