Waste of money waste of work

If you are still within your original retailer's return or exchange period we recommend reaching out to them to see if you still can do so, so you can swap to a different chair. Bad chair

Base was easy to assemble but when it comes to the seat, arm rests and back cushion it is not worth the effort. Half of the screws don't fit properly and if they stick at all they immediately strip and are worthless. I don't want to return this chair so I am getting alternate screws that hopefully will work. Cannot recommend this chair at all.

Do not listen to the high reviews

Thought I would splurge on this one and what a mistake that was. It took a week to feel like I was sitting on a board, the bottom had no support, and the back has staples falling out and is peeling off. I bought due to the high reviews, but don't waste your money.

Long story short, this chair sucks.

I spent $200+ to replace an old folding chair and that chair was actually more comfortable than this. A waste of time and money.

Nice chair

The order process was smooth and the tracking was accurate. When the chair arrived on time we assembled it with ease. All-in-all it was a good experience. We use the chair everyday and found it to be comfortable with smooth operation.

poor work chair

Wrong - the chair is very uncomfortable on the spine and that was just after an hour of using it. I am 5 ft 2" and the chair is huge. I have to use a seat cushion and back cushion and it is still too big. I can live with that, but it is very uncomfortable in the seating area and I have to use it 8 hrs a day for work. Very disappointed to buy a chair for comfort and have to use so many pillows to make it comfortable.

Chair for a small girl.

Ofcourse, you pay for what you get is a very strong saying in this situation. The chair, fully assembled, looked like it was made for a woman of 5'3" or smaller. The headrest can barely reach the top of my back, aside from it being super comfy; it is suitable for a child of young age, not a man..of any.
