My experience with the geek squad has always been spectacular, the team always shows concern and I really like how them stay focused on you for the drop off and the pick up of property.

Did a great job of setting-up my Surface Pro 7 with all of my settings and favorites from my tower computer. They even installed a financial program from the web that I've been using on my Tower for the last several years. They also set up One Drive so that I can access all of the data which I saved from my tower. The only negative I can think of is that they only allowed 20 minutes for me to pick-up and test my new Surface Pro 7. I needed at least twice that amount of time. They should do a better time allocation, because different "tasks/procedures" require different times to verify.

Ashman did a great job and was really helpful in setting up my new laptop.

The customer service to help set up the Chromebook, were very helpful and experienced.

Tommy was wonderful! He was on time, friendly, and respectful of my home. He set to work and in no time had us up and running. He went over some things with us, and let us know if we had questions we can always call. I hope Best Buy appreciates the customer service this young man delivers.

I bought a laptop for my daughter for Christmas at the Pasadena Hastings location and the customer service was excellent. This was my daughter's first laptop for school and the representative walked us through the set-up, including setting up her login information, password, and anti-virus software. I have a work laptop so all technical issues, including setup, is done by my IT department so I wouldn't even know where to start. So far, there have been no issues with her computer. Thank you Best Buy.

I was having to get a new laptop due to technical issues with my previous one. The Geek Squad team was very helpful and aware of the problems I was having and they set up my new laptop with all of the information I had saved on my old one. Agents did the setup for our computer and installed programs that were purchased. As usual, the Geek Squad did a great job and were very thorough with answering all of our questions.

The Geek Squad member that tried to set up my computer had problems that didn't inspire confidence. Ended up that my old computer had a major problem and they had difficulty transferring my info. We established a pickup date and time, but when they confirmed my appointment, the time had been changed to a time not acceptable, so I needed to reschedule to a completely different day. The same member helped with the final part of set-up, but couldn't really answer several of our questions, so didn't leave feeling comfortable with our purchase.

The agents took my old laptop and transferred everything to my new laptop. They were very professional and answered all my questions about the new laptop. Kolby was so helpful and nice!!!

Rudy set up my new laptop quicky and effectively. He transferred a copy of my files from my other laptop and returned both the next day. Now I have one to use at work and one to use at home.

The agent set up my HP Envy quickly and transferred my data from my old computer without any issues.

The geek squad was awesome in explaining what they were going to do in order to load my new lenovo laptop up with office 365 personal and getting it ready for me to use. They even walked me through what they did when I picked it up so that I felt as if I were a part of the process. I even love that they are available if I have a problem with this computer but also any others in my home (I bought the yearly service). I would recommend their services to others.
