Geek squad was very professional. transferred my data from my old computer to the new one and set it up and explained everything I needed to know about my new purchase. Great company.. and geek squad is aces in my book.

Got an appointment for software installation quick. Squad was very helpful but my software installation required input from more than one associate. Most of the problems were do to unfamiliarity with software package purchased.

Purchased new Mac Book Pro with objective of converting data from old MacBook and Dell desktop including migration to new Quicken and Microsoft Office. I provided detailed guidance of requirements. I was contacted that the transfer work was completed, that the initial tech would be absence when I picked the units up but that the staff would complete the final data conversion of financial data in my presence and walk me through everything. When I picked thing up this 2nd tech was totally unhelpful. After a 1/2 hour he concluded that I would have to return days later because he couldn't understand what had been done and couldn't find the transfer files. Upon return, it became evident that that none of the new applications had been loaded and the data transfer not completed. After 2 more hours at the store things got resolved .....I think! The only reason for the 3 star rating was because the initial tech spent the time, while I was sat the store, to rectify the applications and data.

The agent helped me set up my new computer and to transfer data from the old one. She spent a long time helping me get things set up. Geek Squad service is the best around, for the price. It is well worth the money as I use it enough during the year to pay for it.

Bought a All-In_One; GeekSquad installed software purchased with new system. Picked up the system and they assisted with initial sign up of programs etc ... I now understand why they have "appointment times" ... allows for the individualized attention. Thanks!
