geek squad set up computer quickley

I was told I would have to come and pick-up computer then. 3 hours after leaving the computers, I was called by geek squad saying my computers were ready. I live 1 hour away from store, so I have to wait until this coming weekend to pick them up.

Squad was very helpful but my software installation required input from more than one associate. Most of the problems were do to unfamiliarity with software package purchased.

Transfer is a-one!

What would I do without the Geek Squad | set up

They made it easy to use. There wasn't a question they couldn't answer. So patient and understanding with us 'seniors.'
