I have actually used this service twice in the past several months. The first time involved data transfer and setup. The second time setup only. Both times very happy with communication about what they would to and then what they did and anything unusual they found. Also very happy with the time involved, with same day service on the setup only.

Not ready to give a higher rating as I’m not fully up and running on my new computer. The data transfer by Geek Squad was done fine but somehow now my iphone contacts are in triplicate. And there are other small details that I don’t understand. I am not tech savvy which is frustrating. The techs at Geek Squad seemed distracted by probably being short handed and too busy. But I will make another appt to try and get these issues resolved and hope for the best.

I felt unnerved at the idea of setting up my new laptop: the Geek Squad set it up and explained all to me.

The set up of my 2 new computers was not as complete as I would have liked, but the service could not have been better! The whole Squad at Marks St., Henderson NV, are really great, and helpful people!!!!

This was extremely important for us to purchase as this item was a gift for our mother. We wanted the device to be set up and our mother shown how to use it.

It really pays to have Geek Squad because everything you buy will get additional warranty. They moved all of my old computer files to a portable SSD drive when I was upgrading my computer. Very helpful.

This team was amazing. Provided education and quick turnaround for new device setup. Suggestions surrounding additional devices needed for backup of OS and hard drive so helpful. I am a novice and have not had to buy technology in years so their attention to detail was a definitely a plus. Thank you Ian, Maura, and all members of GS Team.

I accomplished my goal, and that was to get up and running on a new computer- quickly - the best buy/Geek squad representative was fast friendly and did a great job.

Very satisfied. Only issue - sales person told me 24 hours. Geek squad told me 3 days. Since I was going out of town, they completed in a day and a half. Very happy with Geek squad

Bought the new desktop computer and Geek Squad got it up and running and installed all of the necessary programs. It was ready for pick up a few hours later!

Fixed my email in 15 minutes. Made sure everything was working again.

He helped me as far as we got. Just not enough time. what was done was great.

The women that help me after the transfer from my old computer from window 7 to this window was very nice, knowledgeable and patient unfortunately because of COVID the geek squad isn't allowed to spend much one on one time to really provide all the necessary user information needed to feel totally comfortable.

Jay did a great job. He had to start all over again as that room was not connected having a TV in the room. He had to work in my Attic and just rewire things. I forever grateful for his kindness and giving me a TV in my room. I am not doing this for your contest as I didn't get to say all of this from the beginning-- when asked and was upset at myself for putting it off. Thanks Jay--you worked really hard to put things together for me.

Great as usual.these geeks are amazing!i don't know what i would do within them!

Very satisfied with the actual work and staff who did it - set up of my ipad 7 and transfer of apps from previous dinosaur iPad, even though it was completely dead and could not be revived. The only issue was that it took 2 weeks to get an appointment to drop it off and another couple of days to have work completed.

Agents did a wonderful job of installation. My laptop was ready before expected.

She was very nice and patient with all my questions as she was helping me set up my iPad Pro. She helped me pair it with my iphone

The associate that helped me with my phone was very knowledgeable being attentive to the problem I had with my phone.
