The geek set up everything i needed to get started. Were very helpful and set up was done right away

The squad was impressive again. Transferred all my old info from my old computer to my new one. Loaded all drivers and software and had it ready to go so I did not miss a beat. Done a day early and 100% of all needs met.

The staff at best buy were friendly and knew exactly what to do. they explained everything to me and set up all my electronics they took their time and had to go over some stuff more than once or twice They also told me I could come back in for more help if needed. I love going to best buy

The tech crew provided service that made using my new computer easy. There was a glitch with the scheduling of this service, the sales staff set the appointment, However it did not transfer to To tech department. The tech advisor set up the service inspite of the glitch.

The Geek squad did a good job of downloading my data transferring all my files, data, pics, on to my new ASUS Laptop. I thought that they would also save my broser options but I had to set them back up myself. I recommended the Geek Squad to a friend.

Leaving computer with the geek sqaud for a day to have them setup and make sure everything is installed correctly is so valuable. Worth every penny.

The geek squad has been really responsive . I bought the annual program. They have been able to log into my computer and solve my problems and answer my questions . Much easier than calling the store to make an appointment and driving to the store . Its like they are sitting next to you.

Daniel set up our new all-in-one quickly & efficiently. Sent the data on the old computer to the Norton cloud and came back later & down loaded the data to our new computer.

Geek squad set up the new cpu so it was ready for use from the start. They also transferred apps and data from my old computer, and then reset it to factory defaults. I had to reload some programs, but it was pretty much ready to go.
