2 days before I bought this laptop I didn't know I was going to purchase new one. Since I had all my data from the one from the backup from days before which made the setup go faster. The new laptop was mirrored like my old one. :)

Geek squad service department was so very helpful. Took time to let us understand everything we wanted done. Because we are not real computer brains. Had laptop finished next day super fast. Picked up, and again super patient with us explaining that was completed.
