Sales associate listened to my needs. passed into to the set-up associate and all files were transferred without a problem. Only issue that has come up since original set up was identification of a new need due to different process needed for my business work.

I am very happy with the introduction I got for my new laptop from the Geek Squad. They are very patient and professional.They answered all of my questions.

The agent was very professional straight to the installation process and it takes less time and everything was fine.

I'm very happy I paid for this service. The time savings was really nice--it generally has taken me hours to do this. They transferred all my data, including e-mails. When I got home, everything was ready to go.

I love this service! I think it was only $40. The Geek Squad was friendly, got the service done quickly, added out anti-virus and Office, and let me know when it was finished (same day). I highly recommend this service!

I was very fortunate that they weren’t really busy during my installation appointment time. Instead of dropping the laptop off and then picking it up later, I was able to watch while Eric installed the software. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions.

Agent transferred everything from my old laptop to my new Microsoft Surface laptop. It was done promptly and the agent was excellent in explaining what he had done to me.

So glad I took out the 1 year Geek Squad program as it's been a process of getting the right computer. Tried switching from Windows to Ios... um... nope. So returned the computer and got an HP desktop. This one was malfunctioning, so returned it and got a different computer. Each time Geek Squad having to transfer data and an additional hard drive. They've been very helpful and hats off especially to Martin in Pt. Charlotte store... he's gone above and beyond!
