The Geek Squad did a great job of retrieving my data from my dead computer and installing it on the new Dell All In One. I was very happy with their work and also the way the Tech took time to go over everything with me when I picked it up and answer any questions I had.

Geek squad transferred my old computer hard drive to my new computer with in 24 hrs. Pick up was easy and they showed me how to use my computer and where everything was located since I was going from Windows XP to 10. They didn't rush me and took the time to answer all of my questions.

They did everything I asked to be done. The only negative is they would not do the set up while I was at the store because they said they were backed up, yet they called me later that same day to say it was finished. I live more than an hour away and it would have been nice not to have had to return to the store.
