This place is really cool and I felt like the young man helping me really cared!

Jeremy at the South Coast Metro Pointe store was fantastic. We bought a membership and several accessories for our iPad Air. We bought in a list of about 12 questions about how to download a foreign online course and set up multiple apps. He checked of every question with ease and was very easy to understand. He took a full hour with us and we enjoyed his company and his complete expertise. Jeremy made our lives turnkey. I look forward to my next visit.

Very helpful in helping me set up my new laptop- installing software, moving items from my old laptop, setting up outlook, etc. they are very friendly, helpful professional and most importantly patient.

I purchased a new Samsung TV and the Geek Squad installed it the day I asked for, on time and in less than 30 minutes. With a wall mount. I loved it!!!

I bought a new laptop, and they always have a 'pot' of junk placed on data storage by the producer. The Geek Squad wiped everything clean and reinstalled the required equipment within about 2 hours.

My wife wanted to keep her tablet but get a new upgrade. She was afraid she would have to load all of her programs onto the new one. Zachary did it with no problem, transferred the Micro-SD card, and generally made the entire transaction a pleasant experience. The reason I keep buying from Best Buy and not Costco is because of things like that. I've always been treated great by the employees. I hate Best Buy's website, so I usually will look things up there but go into the store to have them order things. I am not technically challenged, but I have been burned by the website not being accurate. I have never had problems going into the store and taking care of things.

Desktop croaked. Data was transferred. Agent was very patient with this old coot.

I have no idea how to set up anything electronic, especially a laptop. The squad did a fabulous job: they walked me through initial activation, helped set up things with me that I had no idea about and insured that my printer would work with my new laptop. They're great!!!

I was very impressed with the abilities of the tech's, they set up my new laptop for me and updated my old laptop very quickly! I walked out of the store with no concerns about the Laptops. I feel if I do encounter a problem they will assist me with it !

Software installation, backup, webroot, tuneup were all done. Computer runs great. GS had to return it to new factory settings.
