THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF SETTING UP THE NEW COMPUTER AND THE TRANSFERING OF OLD DATA FROM THE OLD COMPUTER TO THE NEW ONE.

The Geek Squad walked me through everything that they were going to do for me and at what cost. They listened to my monetary concerns and offered other options. They were on time and polite as well as knowledgeable with the answers to the many questions I had.

Geek Squad said they don't set up new laptop nor transfer programs & data. I was able to do it myself. Though it took some time.
