We used In-Store Setup for PC Mac and Tablet and the low cost was worth making sure it was done correctly. We had a problem with one of the software, so we took the laptop back and they reinstalled new software for no extra charge.

I had the Geek Squad help me set up my Samsung - Galaxy Tab S2 - 9.7 - 32gb tablet and they were wonderful. Patient and efficient, adding everything i wanted them to do, plus showed me some of the nuances of the tablet. Well worth the cost.

The geek squad is a great help and makes things easy when you buy a new pc by setting everything up and taking all the unnecessary bloat ware off so that when you get home your ready to just get on and start using your pc.

For one who is not fully knowledgeable in setting up a computer, this is the only way to go. Have had Geek Squad set up 4 devices over the past 6 years. I know it is "done right" when I take my device home.
