Staff was very helpful in providing instructions on new laptop.

Geek Squad's Great

I love the Geek Squad especially Dion in the Riverdale, NJ store. He takes care of whatever needs to be done and takes the time to explain ALL. I also like having the phone support.

The Best Way to get Step up!

We had a problem with one of the software, so we took the laptop back and they reinstalled new software for no extra charge.

Since my wife had no files to transfer, the entire operation took a few minutes. However, given COVID, we still had to schedule the work. Good people those geeks.

Geek Squad Above and Beyond

Patient and efficient, adding everything i wanted them to do, plus showed me some of the nuances of the tablet. Well worth the cost.

Upgrade farom old desktop to new.

Geek Squad assisted in every aspect of diagnosing existing desktop, assisting in process of buying new one, moving existing files to new one, and signing up for Full Support Agreement. Explaining all as we went thru the process. Do not fully understand why they won't move any software programs from pold to new.
