We actually had to go through the process twice because of a problem I found with the first laptop. However, both times they were finished in less than 24 hours.

We had the Geek squad get it going for him. I’m glad they offer this service. It was nice to have everything up and running and ready to go.

Geek squad knows their stuff

Would recommend making an appointment, not just showing up as we saw another customer do, because it is a very busy department.

Excellent servic

The young man that helped me was very patient and helpful. Only procedure that did not take was having to use a password to open everything.

Everything is working well two months later and the delivery and installation took place as promised.
