I had the Geek Squad set up my new laptop for me and install the software I purchased for it. We actually had to go through the process twice because of a problem I found with the first laptop. However, both times they were finished in less than 24 hours.

Used Geek Squad to "set-up" a new, modest laptop. Importantly installed any needed updates, saving me time. Simple process. Included with my Total Tech.

My transfer of data from my old machine to the new one did not take long at all. The young man that helped me was very patient and helpful. Only procedure that did not take was having to use a password to open everything.

The Geek Squad did a great job of setting up my new Asus lap top. They had it ready for me the next day even though they told me it might be 3 days.

The computer was all set up except what caused the problem with the old computer; installation of Webroot. It was handled at the time of pickup, but the agent seemed surprised when it was there. Hopefully, the renewal will auto load next year, as it did on my wife's laptop this year.
