Geek Squad is very professional and set up our new computer and installed the software with no issues. Everything is working well two months later and the delivery and installation took place as promised.

The Geek Squad is patient and knowledgeable. I am not technologically knowledgeable. The technician not only set up and installed my software, he explained everything to me and showed me how to do it.

When I dropped off my old computer it took 2 days to get my old hard drive downloaded to my new computer. When I went to pick it up, the Microsoft windows still had to be set up, so that took several hours longer. The agent was the only one helping people with technical issues. Definitely could have used another agent helping people.
