Upgrade farom old desktop to new.

Geek Squad assisted in every aspect of diagnosing existing desktop, assisting in process of buying new one, moving existing files to new one, and signing up for Full Support Agreement. Explaining all as we went thru the process. Do not fully understand why they won't move any software programs from pold to new.

I forgot to ask one or two things but will call for more advice. He was excellent in all he did.

The pen was also not paired with the computer. I was not able to just bring it back to speak to them directly and was required to make another appointment. I could not wait to do this so ended up just doing it myself.
