Jonathan help set up the computer just as I asked. He was very courteous and and double checked to make sure he completed what was asked.

When I dropped off my old computer it took 2 days to get my old hard drive downloaded to my new computer. When I went to pick it up, the Microsoft windows still had to be set up, so that took several hours longer. The agent was the only one helping people with technical issues. Definitely could have used another agent helping people.

Very professional and quick. He got rid of the bloatware that slows down a new system. Everything was set up correctly and it worked fine out of the box.

Upon buying a new computer salesperson suggested I could pay to have my old computer backed up and the files transferred. Price was good and would save me a ton of time so I agreed. Unfortunately neither the salesperson or the geek squad clerk that set my appointment told me I would need to set up the new computer at home BEFORE bringing it in for the data transfer. I was stuck paying for the setup or delaying the transfer I had already paid for by several days. In the end it took 3 days and quite a bit more money. I should’ve done it myself. That being said - they did a fine job completing the setup and transfer.

The computer was all set up except what caused the problem with the old computer; installation of Webroot. It was handled at the time of pickup, but the agent seemed surprised when it was there. Hopefully, the renewal will auto load next year, as it did on my wife's laptop this year.

Greek Squad installed the extend RAM memory for me.

Being not as savvy with a MacBook, I had trouble from the start just setting it up. I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad and they had it done in a matter of minutes. I will certainly refer all my friends to Best Buy for any and all their electronic and appliance needs. There is not much that cannot be found at Best Buy!

Had the store set up my new computer. They do great work and you know it is done correctly. I would definitely recommend having them do it for you.
