Wrong information
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased the unit for a Christmas present the agent told me that they would transfer the pictures, videos etc from the old one to the new one for $40. When we went back to have to have this done they charged us $140. I think that this wasn’t right.

I need some of my very old programs. I continue to look for an IT person to do what I expected the geek squad to do. They also. made a big ado because I walked in without an appointment.
