I took my computer back to Best Buy and asked them to show me how to do this without the program using media player and he explained all the details set up my computer perfectly to do this. This was not copied music CDs this was copying Personal interviews etc. from many years ago that I did during my work. It was the first time in years that I was able to transfer the material into my computer easily. The technician was patient and superb

Set up for laptop
