They were devoted to getting the task done has fast as possible but also best as possible. My laptop was ready to go when I picked it up but for one program; but they gave me everything I needed to walk me through finishing it up instead of them holding on to my laptop for another day or so waiting for a email with a code I was going to be getting and would have had to relay to them. If you don't know much about the initial setup of your laptop or you just don't want to spend the time doing it yourself I would highly recommend having the Geek squad do it for you.
