Christine and Nan were extremely knowledgeable.

They provided top notch customer service. I am intimidated by IT and all the gadgets. I just ‘don’t speak the language’ that IT folks use. Christine and Nan helped me to narrow down what I needed and taught me quite a few things about my computer along the way. I cannot thank then enough! You really have a remarkable team at Best Buy East Springs Drive, Madison, WI.
