Geek Squad - In Store Setup for a laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a laptop for my daughter for Christmas at the Pasadena Hastings location and the customer service was excellent. This was my daughter's first laptop for school and the representative walked us through the set-up, including setting up her login information, password, and anti-virus software. I have a work laptop so all technical issues, including setup, is done by my IT department so I wouldn't even know where to start. So far, there have been no issues with her computer. Thank you Best Buy.
