My Geek Squad can be your Geek squad

Technology has passed me by and I rely on the geeks for peace of mind (and problem solving). The are great at what they do, When I only came and asked questions and had my computer serviced once a year the service was worth it. Now it is the smartest purchase I have made this year.

Could have been better.

Geek squad had to wipe my computer and installed windows 11. The reason I gave an just a good rating is because when i picked up my computer it was not set back up. Fortunately the geek squad member there helped me set it back up. Take out the unwanted virus software add some programs etc. I normally have excellent experiences/service from them.
