Great overall experience

The personnel at Best Buy understood our angst at getting a new computer and our first lap top. They took their time and helped us answer all of our questions so that we left the store fully confident that the lap top would function at a high level. They made sure that all of our files were transferred from the Surface we had had and also helped us with recycling an older computer that even gave us some financial credit.
