Excellent customer service at Geek Squad Aiea

Fortunately, there was a laptop in stock that met all of my needs. I wanted a laptop that could play videos. I was able to pickup my laptop in a week and scheduled a short tutorial the following week. I also like this store because it is easier to schedule appointments within a week.

Good help getting new tablet to work

I did not need this help for the last tablet from 6 years ago, but they are getting more complicated so help getting the stuff transferred from the old tablet was needed. It took so long I left it there overnight.

When I picked up my laptop, the representative took the time to walk me through the operations of my new laptop and answered my (many) questions with great patience. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. A very positive experience.

Laptop Setup

However, prior to the Win 10 OS crash, my laptop recognized a Seagate External Harddrive. After the crash and new installation, the laptop could not recognize the external drive. This was very disappointing. No cause could be determined.
