Excellent customer service at Geek Squad Aiea

Fortunately, there was a laptop in stock that met all of my needs. I wanted a laptop that could play videos. I was able to pickup my laptop in a week and scheduled a short tutorial the following week. I also like this store because it is easier to schedule appointments within a week.

When I picked up my laptop, the representative took the time to walk me through the operations of my new laptop and answered my (many) questions with great patience. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. A very positive experience.
