The Geek squad name should be updated to the Geek Ninja squad because they were smooth and stealthy.There were two and I watched awestruck as they worked silently in sync putting together my new 65 inch lg and surround system and mounting them on the wall.They took all the packaging and left everything spotless.Great job totally satisfied.

The agents were great resolving all of my new computer issues that were created when I had them transfer my old computer data to the new one. They were not compatible and created a lot of issues that they resolved after they got to my home and realized what had been done!!

I paid extra for the set up and was told it would be ready in 1-2 hours, and that i would receive a text when ready - kept watching for a text, and returned to the store to wait since the store was closing soon - while waiting in line i saw that i had been sent an email instead of a text, but when i tried to put in the option for pickup the system sait i could only pick up the next day - after i fussed, a very nice geek tech helped me with the machine - i was upset but he was patient and assured me that i could take the machine home that day
