Good help getting new tablet to work

I did not need this help for the last tablet from 6 years ago, but they are getting more complicated so help getting the stuff transferred from the old tablet was needed. It took so long I left it there overnight.

Geek Squad was great!!

As a side note the IOS version 14 came out right after our purchase. Prior to the update everything worked fine but have had some issues occur. We will return to the Geek Squad for some additional assistance. This was not an issue with Best Buy or the Geek Squad but is something we hope they can provide some help.
