Geek Squad service

Did have to wait a bit even with an appt and did have to go back and pick up a cord that was missed in repacking the computer. Otherwise overall experience and turnaround on service was great.

They were not compatible and created a lot of issues that they resolved after they got to my home and realized what had been done!!

They always answer my questions and do it with the utmost respect! It is a great service for those not brought up in the computer age! They are always friendly and assure me to call back if there is anything else they can help me with!!!
