Helping me with my new MacBook Air

Help desk should be separated from basic/main area and constant interruption does not aid mentoring. It should not be too difficult, especially when customer has paid for help insurance, to be taken care of properly. You cannot nor should you not. blame this on the virus.

An unbelievable bargain for the price

Been with them for 15 years at least I have never had an issue with one of them. A real bargain for the price

Love the help

My iPad mini 2 was updated only to ios 12.5.5 and therefore would not transfer. They were able to install from my cloud data.

When it turned out that I was leaving NY the next day they made a special appointment for me to have the setup almost on the spot .I got personal treatment from a super professional young woman who had all the attention and patience in the world to go through with the setup even when it got stuck for an unknown reason. I regret not remembering her name.
