Geek Squad set up our new laptop for us. They even transferred our old laptop and old PC so all our photos and documents are now in one place. They showed us how to use the new laptop and we love it!

The agents were very helpful in setting up my new computer. The work was done in record time. They also cleaned up some files and apps on the laptop and basically made the computer much more efficient. I was able to do the rest of restoring certain ups by myself without any problems.

Geek Squad is awesome. My two major encounters with them (two broken computers) over the years has been professional, timely, and most helpful. Both times they were able to save my doc, pictures, etc. I would not hesitate to beg for help from them if needed!!

Only drawback was not knowing needed to leave laptop and come back for it. Thought the appointment was to do all that when it was only to drop off laptop for setup and had to come back. Could have been communicated differently but was not the fault of those I dealt with at the store.

The agent transferred all the information from my old iPad to my new one, and explained how to use it. The whole transaction took maybe five minutes. I did not have a scheduled time. I just walked up and it was done in no time.

They really were fast in setting it up. I know nothing about setting one up.

I purchased a computer for my husband for Christmas. He did not have a Windows account so the computer wanted to download my information for set up. We took it to Best Buy to get it reset so we could set it up for my husband. He was asked to have a Window account when we came back for our next appointment. When we came back a different agent was there and said she didn’t need his new information she could get all she needed from my account. Not being able to see what she was doing, we ended up with the computer set up for me! Some agents do not do what the customer wants. It seems like each agent had their own idea of how to do something.

Super helpful guy (Alex I believe) helped me setup my newly purchased iPhone(from Target) with mint mobile trial purchased at Best Buy. Really hard because my new iphone couldn't gain access to my older iphone ID. In a few minutes, this issue was resolved and I was on my happy way with a working phone. Gladly paid the fee and remember a super positive experience.

Technicians installed Microsoft, Norton and set up efficiently.
