My two major encounters with them (two broken computers) over the years has been professional, timely, and most helpful. Both times they were able to save my doc, pictures, etc. I would not hesitate to beg for help from them if needed!!

They also cleaned up some files and apps on the laptop and basically made the computer much more efficient. I was able to do the rest of restoring certain ups by myself without any problems.

Purchased at about 8:00 at night and they had it in my son's hands the next day ready for use. Great service, will use again!

Possible OS corruption when items were transferred which prevented some programs from loading. Staf was helpful and set up everything as requested and took time to explain things.
