This remote has very poor battery life. When I say poor I’m saying maybe one day of battery life. It always disconnects from my Apple TV and Sonos. This remote should be way better for 200 bucks.

I really like this remote it shows a lot of innovation. I think the interface being all touch screen will allow for some great controllability with the various devices I have in my home. What I use in my home: - Hue lights - Amazon Fire sticks - Smart TV - Home Theater receiver - Comcast set top - PS4 I’ll start with what I do like about this remote - Smooth transition and responsiveness on touch screen - Tactile response when using buttons - Wide variety of compatibility with devices and brands standard in the market - No need for IR blasters - Easy setup with the app - Highly customizable interface - IR Learning feature A few things I have issue with: - Overall, the size for me is actually too small. Really just personal preference and just takes some getting used to - There is some delay using IR and my cable set top. I had better response with IR blasters in the past - Does not learn my light groups and scenes from the Hue hub, have to manually configure This is definitely a good start for a product of this type, not needing to connect to a PC via USB like I have experienced in the past with other universal remotes. The app allows for quick out of the gate configurations, which I certainly appreciate. I didn’t have difficulty adding my devices though I only focused on a select few located in my living room (lights, home theater and Nest). Although I listed not needing IR blasters as a positive, a small part of me misses being able to point my old universal remote anywhere and get a response from the TV. I think over time I’ll get used to it, but a fully touch screen remote certainly has me off a bit. As anyone knows with a traditional remote you just get used to the feel of the shape and size of a certain button, with a full touch screen you sort of lose that 6th sense. Overall this product performs as advertised, I look forward to putting in the time to customizing and really using it to it's full potential.

It great to have one remote to control all my devices at the same time since I seem to always be loosing everything. I have the remote connected to my Apple TV, PlayStation and a Bose solo 5 TV Soundbar. The set up was fairly easy, I used the app on my Iphone X. I am really happy and excited with the purchase!!!!

It works decent for a touch remote but the touch screen is spotty and makes daily use a chore. Counter intuitive for input tasks and clunky. I prefer physical buttons so I don't have to stare at the remote and carefully tap the exact button I wish to use. Nice idea in theory but not very practical.

I love the simplicity of this remote, it made my life so much easy, instead of having to use 3 different remotes between my tv, sound bar, Apple TV, now all I have to do is one click and in done, I will buy it again at heartbeat.

It’s a great remote but the battery life isn’t the best. You have to charge it daily.

I’m very impressive remote, however it does not contain the functionality an LG TV needs. Would have given it five stars if it did but can only do three because it is pretty awesome, just not a complete product yet.

Purchased to have one remote for Sony TV, Bose Cinemate Speakers and Apple TV. After using for three weeks, it has surpassed my expectations! Easy setup, and it just works without any hiccups. Decided to add my Hue Lights and could not be happier. Love that there’s a keyboard for my Apple TV.

Purchased for $99. Works well and good set up. Good for the cost.

Best Remote I've ever had. Does everything I wanted to and more I am sad that this company is going out of business and as of June of 2022 My $200 remote will be a $200 paperweight It's still the Best Buy I've ever made, No pun intended

I like that you can program the buttons you want from each of your remotes. But the screen it too sensitive and you can accidentally hit the wrong button or scroll left or right to a new set of buttons. I wish you had the ability to add a mini keyboard as a remote. It would come in handy with all the input you do when search on Youtube or internet

Great idea and design but software needs work. Lots of bugs and issues with buttons working with Apple TV apps. Would be good if I can get those issues fixed.

This is an awesome product! I like how compact it is and easy to use. With this control I was able to replace 3 controls that I use for the TV, Sound Bar and Fire TV Stick. I can wait to have more option added in the future to use this device to control all my gadgets around the house.

It is very cool and I love that it has a stand to set it on when we aren’t using it. Only thing I can see as a problem is that is is very sensitive to touch. Even if you are very close but not touching. It seems to feel the body heat or something. Other than that I love having all my equipment on one controller

The scenes that include turning on the tv, the Sonos playbar and the Apple TV, Fire TV or Blu-Ray player don't always work. I have re done them a few times so far. The touchpad is quite sensitive which has its pros and cons. I am hopeful that this remote will keep improving with the additions of functions like favorite apps or channels!

Smart home enthusiasts, be warned. This product is no more then your everyday universal remote. If your looking to buy this to add to smart home control capability you came to the wrong place! I will start off with this is my second "smart remote" as I own one of the original harmony remotes with screen as well as the harmony home hub. I liked the remote but as I dove head first into the smart home world I wanted something to control things like lights, locks, thermostats. Sevenhugs advertised their remote as the perfect product for my desires as it controls wemo, nest, etc. I bought the seven hugs remote for black Friday at about $120 and was excited to get it setup... thats where the fun ends. Strike 1: To my suprise they don't support nest thermostats, in which wasn't a must have but was advertised as compatible. Strike 2: Samsung SmartThings, one of if not the biggest smart home hub on the market....completely not supported. There goes my ability to unlock doors, turn on lights, dim lights when I watch movies, etc. SmartThings IS THE REASON i bought this remote but I am a tech saacy guy, maybe theres a back door way to approach smart home control without it as all products are zwave.... Strike 3: Sevenhugs says compatible with wemo products all over the place...wonderful at least I can control something with this remote that retails for $200......no dice, the sevenhugs remote is only compatible with wemo plugs and for some wild reason not wemo switches, which is programmed throughout my house....great so I cant control the lights in my livingroom but I can control my Christmas tree and Christmas lights... In conclusion I felt very tricked by purchasing this product. I did some research on the company and its a kickstarter funded company. I am ashamed that I even fell for this trickery. Best Buy should not sell products that falsely advertise capabilities and products. For a guy that spends thousands annually at Best Buy I am VERY disappointed with my purchase. I feel terrible for the people that bought into this sham at full price.

I ended up returning this product for two reasons. (1) it arrived damaged (the usb on the base was damaged/bent and could not be used). (2) it did not properly work with my set top box. Look, feel, setup all 5-stars...

The battery barely lasted a day, which I guess isn't a huge deal if you're going to always leave it on the charget but given it's supposed to control the whole smart home, the battery should be better. The real reason I'm giving it one star though is because it doesn't connected to any smart home hubs such as homekit or smarthings. Without these connections you can't use it for a lot of products around the house and really just can't function properly. Not worth $100 let alone $200

buttons are very small and its not the best when controlling wifi lighting... which is the reason I purchased it. I like the setup through the app though.
