An Absolute knockout game! Very challenging puzzles to solve with equally balanced Action! My advice, Please Play the first two to complete this Epic journey and trilogy! Oh, The graphics are breathtaking

Shadow is the 3rd game in Craft’s origins trilogy and lives up to the first 2 games.

More of the same except it's more heavily concentrated on exploration, tombs, and puzzles. If you love that, you'll love this game. Graphically a great looking game and imo, it offers and has the best HDR I have ever witness on a game so far.

This game has been awesome so far. Hours and hours of fun, challenging puzzles and a cool story line. A nice balance between exploration and fighting enemies. The graphics are impressive with fine details and smooth transitions.

Love the Tomb Raider games from way back from the original. This one looks great like the others especially on the Xbox One X. Exploration is what this title has this time over the combat from the others. Tombs are more fun to explore and the puzzles are more challenging. Highly recommend!!!

The first 2 reboots of the series were great. The characters were great, I enjoyed the stories, and they would add little things to improve each new game. This follows the same formula. I absolutely love the addition of things such as mud or animal skins for camouflage. It adds an interesting element to this game. I also love how it automatically brings over some previous outfits unlocked from the last game. It's a nice touch -- especially with so many games having loot crates or micro-transactions that would charge for things like that. The steelbook is pretty nice as well. I'd definitely recommend this to those that enjoy action/mystery/exploration/and fun stealth takedowns.

So I pre ordered this because I played the previous 2 Tomb Raiders. Let me tell you this one does not disappoint. There are tons of ways to kill your time with this game. You can enjoy the cutscenes and main story. Which is about a Mayan apocalypse that Lara sets in motion followed by extreme parkour events throughout the game during earthquakes. Or you can go treasure hunting and find various outfits that apply bonuses to Lara. If you didn't play the previous 2 all you need to know is Lara is bad to the bone. And Jonah is her companion who brings out her soft side. I give this game 5 stars because the length was to my liking and the story was really fun.

Wow! This game blew me away! I liked the other Tomb Raider games, but this is what I was looking for all along. The freedom to explore is stunning and the graphics are just mind boggling! I played this on the Xbox One X and I am still in awe at how insanely crazy good this looks. The variety of locales to explore is wonderful and underwater exploration adds so much more than I anticipated. Just a phenomenal Game all around and a super awesome way to end the prequel trilogy of titles. It's a definite must own! I immediately started a new game + after completion because I just wanted to explore that much more. Great game and worth every penny!

If you liked the first two games, you will like this one. It felt very big to me as far as story missions and side missions/collectibles/tombs. The camouflage element makes you feel like Rambo at times, but also helps you survive some battles that aren't so forgiving. It is understandable but slightly annoying that you have to wear a couple certain outfits throughout a chunk of the story. The puzzles are challenging but aren't so difficult that you have to look up all the solutions online (I looked up one-medium difficulty). New game plus is a nice touch too-rather than starting a new game from scratch.

This is by far the darkest and most violent tomb raider so far. Great action and story and tons of stuff to do, tombs to be raided and secrets to be discovered

This is a great game. Beautiful graphics, engaging story line, responsive controls, everything you need in a well made video game. Highly recommend!

If you played and loved the last two release of this Tomb Raider series you will also love this game! Most of the mechanics are back so there's nothing new to learn. However, you will learn a lot more about who Lara Croft is. I won't ruin any of the story. But, I will tell you that her interactions with the "locals" makes her more "human". Developers did a great job with making this game flow. I didn't notice any "loading" and the graphics are awesome. I gave it a four star because there are a lot of people complaining about being unable to find certain relics, cache, etc. I had a problem myself being able to dig a cache so I'm not able to get the 100% achievement. Hopefully they will patch this soon!

I'm a long time Tomb Raider fan and this game is as good as the first two games. New puzzles and tombs along with new gameplay mechanics make this one of the best Tomb Raider games yet!

Overall a great game - beautiful graphics and fun game play. Story was good and puzzles were challenging at times. A great game and perfect addition to the Tomb Raider series.

I wasn't sure if I would like this game as much as the others in this series but it grew on me and found a great game that is rich in content and a captivating story. The graphics are very good to excellent except for some occasional screen tearing in the village hub world. The tombs in the season pass are somewhat short but usually manage to provide a worthwhile challenge. Give it a chance like I did and you'll probably be glad you did!

The conclusion to lara's origin trilogy is fantastic. Story is great. Graphics and controls are amazing as well. I have enjoyed this entire reboot highly recommend

Loved the past 2 games: Tomb Raider (Definitive Edition) and Rise of the Tomb Raider 20th Anniversary. Been waiting for this before it was announced. I figured they have to make a sequel to these games, especially considering the reviews both has gotten. And the rumor came along about the 3rd installment title as what it is now: Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider is a great game. It has excellent combat, plotting, characterization, and the gameplay loop is well paced. Also, if you have a 4K HDR TV and a Dolby Atmos home theater, you are in for a treat because this is one of the best looking and sounding games I've ever played. My only complaint is that it is too similar to Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. There is nothing truly new and it doesn't deviate too much from its predecessors.
