It's so awesome to be able to load up the water tank and let this guy loose in my kitchen once a week. Also does a great job on the carpet in the bedroom. I have very long hair so I do have to cut out my hair from the roller once a month but it's a lot easier to do it than my vacuum was. I do not have the device connected to wifi, I just pick it up and place it in the room I want it to clean. Works great and is very methodical about coverage.

Not worth buying, returned it after a few days.

Would just sit in the middle of the room going in circles and leaking cleaning solution everywhere. When it did clean, it would miss tons of spots. The brushes do not work as well as Roomba's. The only nice thing about it is that it did not slam into the walls and chairs because of the laser. I also was never able to register the device on the app because the app does not handle switching between WiFi connections well on Android. Contacted support and still have yet to hear back, even though they were supposed to call back in 72 hours.

Very poor quality

It spins in the same area over and over again. It looses charge befire it finishes vacuuming the whole house. Stops all the time and has to be restarted because it thinks its on a cliff or the mop water is empty. The mop water empties quickly before it even completes one room. It is almost more work using this product than just sweeping and mopping yourself. The app is terrible. It always freezes and you do not have any type of cleaning options.

Nothing but a headache

It took several times to map my house- had to delete and restart the map at least 4 times. If the lights aren't on it goes into a room and just stops cleaning which makes it so I can’t schedule it at night when we are sleeping. Sometimes when I press start on the app it just spins and never starts. Currently it is sitting in an error state and says I have to call an 800 number for assistance. This is a worthless gadget.

Robot vacuum

Mediocre experience

After 2 days of trying to get it to map & carpet detect (we have no carpet or rugs), nothing would save on the app, so we never had the opportunity to try out the mop function. For the higher price point of this vacumop, we expected such an awesome product and were disappointed. This has been returned.

Not good for mopping
