Very much quieter than older vacs we had, and it cleans better. I like that if fits under furniture and does not bang into objects. The app is easy to view and use.

I think it is an amazing product. It definitely does not replace proper house cleaning but I used it to help me while I clean. I clean one room while this sweeps another, and then I switch with it. Also, is great to run more often when I only can clean once a week or every other week. This can run 2X a week.

So much better than the bobsweep experiment we tried first. If you're going to buy a robot vacuum, do yourself a favor and buy one with laser / lidar, that can actually map and be aware of it's rooms/spaces. The speaker/voice on this unit is a little quiet, and you need to use the mobile sharkclean app to really get the most out of this unit, but it works very well so far. ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ Product requires mandatory registration to use app-enabled features, a fact that I'm generally not a fan of, but understand in some cases where it's necessary.

Purchased for my mom and she loved every bit of of it! She said her floors were shining and it’s not that loud. She told me to buy one for myself.

Works great I have two dogs and it picks up hair perfectly fine! its easy to set up I am able to do create clean up schedules through the app

Works great. I have a medium thick carpet with a husky. The shark does a great job picking up the hair. The downside is due to the hair, i have to empty it daily and the wheel on the bottom gets clogged and needs cleaning. Overal great product.

I have been using this thing for less than a week. I already love it. It cleans really nicely. My only complaint is the inside of dustbin is not configured well. Dust gets trapped near the filter and you have to sweep it out or shake it a lot. Other than that, the vacuum is great. And the dogs seem to hate it less than the overly noisy iRobot i3 (a terrible vacuum).

Makes cleaning easier. It took a two set up runs go map out the house but after that performed better than I thought it would. Has good suction power. Don’t expect it to be faster than regular vacuum, takes about 90 minutes to vacuum my whole house. You can choose your areas you want vacuumed. Very happy with my purchase.

So far so good with the vacuum hardware...I can understand the wi-fi problems that most people experience from this vacuum, that took me an hour and allot pf patience with few reboots of the vacuum for my wi-fi name to even show up to connect and I'm a tech support guy, the average Joe would just returned it, I almost did. They really need to work on the software, how many complaints to they need before they upgrade the SOFTWARE for a smoother setup. Shark has a great vacuum don't mess that up with second rate software making things more cumbersome then it needs to be.

Love this vacuum! I love that I can have it vacuum anytime from the app on my phone. Does a thorough job cleaning! Leaves pretty neat and tidy lines in the carpet. The house just feels cleaner while I’m not able to vacuum from doing other stuff around the house or while I’m at work

The smart features are great and the cleaning power is too, but there are two things that make it barely average. First, it gets stuck on pretty much anything you can imagine, even really small floor altitude differences and cables that other robot vacuums I've owned didn't had an issue with. Second is noise, it's quite noisy on hard floors, so if you have a carpeted home, it would sound normal bot on any hard surface, it's another story.

Great Product! Easy to connect to wifi and cleans thoroughly. I gave this cleaner to my Mom for Christmas and she loves it. Cleans carpet no matter how thick the carpet is and a major plus it does floors also. I plan on getting a shark for myself.

Fantastic machine cleans very well. The sharks bristles catch up pets hair fantastic. I would recommend to any pet owners, even short hair you will be amazed.

Named him Reginald. Set to run every night at 8pm every night. When Reginald starts it reminds me to tidy and do other daily chores. Love having a tidy house with clean floors every morning when I get up.

Paper weight. It worked perfect for setup, mapped my house, did one cleaning, and now it won’t even turn on. No lights or anything. The user manual is useless and I can’t find any information online on how to fix this issue. Pulled the battery twice and still nothing. Blue light is on indicating it is on the charging dock correctly but still no lights on the unit. Purchased 5 days ago.

Out of the box it was hard to get connected to wi-fi. I had to call customer service. Had to talk to 2 people. They were helpful. When it mapped out my house it left a 2 whole rooms and a short hall out. It has errors frequently. Short battery life. I'm still contemplating returning it.
