My floors appear polished after use of this floor vacuum.

Great little machine. Setup is a little weird. When he maps he adds a bunch of rooms you have to delete and adjust. Once it’s set up it’s great.

I brought this vaccuum robot for my mom. She is 93 and can't sweep like she use too. She programs it for 2 days a week..it works wonders.

This is the 4th robot we all different brands. This works amazing!! We love it! You will not be disappointed with this

Gave this to my parents for Christmas and they love it. It had a bit of issue connecting to their wireless network but the cleaning and setting it up was easy.

I gifted the roomba to my daughter who has no time. She leaves it to work and comes to a clean apartment.

Great vacuum. Upgraded from the Samsung Robot Vacuum and this thing blows Samsungs high end vacuum away. Highly recommend!

The vacuum it self works really good! The app comes in handy being able to start it anytime. The only complaint is I have it docked on carpet and it never gets all the way up on the dock correctly to charge. I'm going to try and put it on tile.

This vaccum robot is awsome gives u way less work in sweeping and vaccums house in a matter of no time..

Love my Shark AI Robot. Very easy to set up. Not noisy neither. I would recommend this one to everyone.

Cleans a lot better than anticipated. Very quiet. Better than my old Roomba

does a good job even on dog hair, cleans the hold house and goes to it's charging station.

This is a good vacuum. My wife and I are hard on vacuums we like are home to be vacuumed a couple times a day. It has kept up good.

Was easy to setup.. worked perfect the first few weeks... seems to get confused now. Also has a mind of it's own.. starts by itself at random times.

I would recomend the Shark AI, once set up it starts at the same time every day. Make sure you clean after every use, I was shocked at the amount of pet hair the Robot picks up. Very happy with purchase.

I'll preface this by saying I've owned a previous generation Shark robot vac and I've been very happy with it. The path it takes to clean the rooms is much less random than most other vacs so it still gives you the "it's been vacuumed" look with straight horizontal vacuum lines. Having this new generation being available with the upgrades to mapping and navigation are great. The vacuum appears to 'see' better as it navigates the room, not getting hung up in places that the previous gen would. To start, the setup was relatively easy, although it did offer some difficulties that i dont really understand. The first attempt to connecto to WIFI during setup failed, although once I hit try again it finished properly. Once it finished and it loaded into the app and immediately said "an error has been detected, please contact support". I ignored it and restarted the app. After that it seems to be working as expected, although it is sluggish to respond to commands to start vacuuming and more so with the command to go back to the dock. I'm hoping these issues are just app and/or firmware issues. If it continues I will contact Shark for support. For operation it does well, I haven't had any issues with it getting hung up, even while learning the rooms. This does follow the same as the previous gen where it takes some time to learn the rooms. I can understand why though, it cant see and it has to rely on its sensors to learn the environment, and it also cant be sure it has learned everything on just a small number of runs. Really the only downside to this that doesn't seem to be fixable via a software update is the noise. It's LOUD. Louder than the previous gen and louder than the other robot vac I had that I am using this one to replace. It's disappointing that it is so loud. Admittedly I am using this on a hardwood rather than carpet, but even my other 2 robot vacs are nowhere near this loud. I can tell that a lot of the noise comes from the fins of the brush roll hitting the hardwood, I just dont understand the additional noise over the previous gen. I'll adjust the schedule so it runs when it is least annoying compared to the other vacs, it's just an annoyance. All in all, it does a good job. Better than the previous gen, it's just quite loud. I would recommend this if you are running it on carpet to help absorb the sound or just understand that it's fairly loud.
