This thing is amazing. I come home in the house floor is spotless. Makes cleaning so easy.

This was a breeze to setup. Mapped my house perfectly, and I was amazed at the dirt and dog hair it was able to pickup. No sticking tape on the floor for “no zones”, and it handled the ledge of my basement steps perfectly!

Love it, does the entire house. We bought a robo-vac a few years ago and it left a bit to be desired. This new one is much more advanced. The mapping of the house is truly amazing.

This Shark does a very clean and through job on the carpets, title and hardwood floors. This model does mapping of the floors in your house and has a systematic process in cleaning the floors. The self emptying is a plus

I love my original Shark Vac! When this one went on sale, I asked for it for Mom's Day. The first vac is now enjoying a much easier life upstairs, but this work horse is on the main floor and is doing a great job! There are cleaning preferences to choose from on this model and the bonus is I don't have to empty it out after every charge. Love my new vac!

I was pretty stoked with this vacuum. I bought it to replace the top of the line Roomba J7+ which was awful, and unfortunately this didn't fare much better. My home has a pretty simple floorplan, no clutter on the floor and a shortage of furniture, but this still struggled. First the good: - The self emptying worked almost flawlessly. Rarely, I would see the vacuum not picking up anything and I needed to manually clean out some stuck dog hair, but this only happened twice in the 18 months I had it. - The app is pretty decent as far as IoT things go. Not great, but better than I expected. - The house mapping was pretty good. Also not great - it was easy to see straight walls that it thought were at different depth, and other oddities, but for an intents and purposes, you could see the floorplan of my house. The bad: - It's just a bad cleaner, to start with. All the dust and hair ends up on the edges of my rooms, which this thing never cleaned. It would just zip around from wall to wall, albeit in an organized way. But it spent 99% of it's time cleaning and re-cleaning the same, already pretty clean surfaces. - The room cleaning is awful. The only way to get it to clean the main spaces was to close the door to every other room. Even with a map of the home, it couldn't navigate to a specific area even ONCE. I tried remapping the house a few times, but no luck. - Lastly, every time the power power goes out, this thing would try to find it's dock again, vacuuming all along the way. Then, when the power comes back, it self empties. Alarming noises when you're sound asleep. Honestly, save your money and get a lightweight normal vacuum. You can do more cleaning in 2-3 minutes with a real vacuum that this junk can do in 2-3 hours. Mines in the trash after getting stuck in a place it shouldnt have been. Not even CLOSE to where it was supposed to be cleaning.

Works great! We only have to vacuum once now every couple days to get the deeper dust. Helps out a lot with pet hair.

We like it. Programing is a challenge but not bad. It has strange patterns sometimes when going to single rooms vs entire house. Can get clogged but good job overall

This was a gift for a close friend. They love it. Originally they were planning to start using it after they get back from their trip but they could not wait. They were surprised how the little robot did its cleaning and found more stuff on the floor after it was cleaned the old fashion way. Great little helper.

Really fancy robot vacuum. It does a much more thorough job than our previous robot vacuum. The app for the vacuum is very user friendly and does a good job of showing you what the vacuum sees when mapping your house. Happy with the suction and how much it picks up especially having three dogs in the house.

I have been hesitant about robot vacuums in general. But i heard great things about the shark and at a good price on Black Friday i bought one. I currently own a Kirby and i swear the shark does so much better. My 30 day capacity tank needs emptied weekly but i do have a kid and 5 fur babies so i knew it would. I do not regret my decision. For the price it is worth it. I love coming home from work to clean floors each day.

It works good. I wish it had a remote control. It empties itself with no problems. Not noisy. Does a good job. Have to remember to block off places so it can’t get stuck while doing its job

This is my 4th robot vacuum, my second name brand, and my first Shark robot vacuum. I was hesitant because I had nothing but issues with my other ones, but this one is great! It is thorough and leaves those nice vacuum lines on the carpet, seems to do great on the linoleum too. In the months since I've got it it has never once clogged with dog hair or anything else. (Constant issue with other brands.) It hasn't once incorrectly thought it was on a cliff, or gotten stuck under or behind anything. (Except when my toddler follows him into a corner and won't let him leave.) The only thing it has gotten stuck on are dog toys with rope sticking out that get caught in the brush roll, or if the dogs chew something into medium sized pieces (like chunks of firm foam.) It finds it's way back to the dock when it needs to empty or charge and I've never had to help it get back or seat on the dock properly. My kiddo loves it and turns it on throughout the day in addition to me running it twice a day. With 5 people and 5 dogs I only have to empty the base about twice a week. (Small living area, about 700 sq ft.) This is not an advertised selling point, but my 20lb puppies occasionally step on it, and my toddler has flipped it over a few times, and it still works great. Thank you for restoring my faith in robot vacuums!

I have been wanting to purchase a little bit vacuum for a while now after reading through tbe reviews I decided this was the one to try. I was amazed at how well it actually cleans. A dozen places that I wouldn't even know me to vacuum every time like under the couch and end tables in the living room. It was a breeze to set up the app gives you a lot of options as well. I also have it linked up with my Google I'm which makes it even easier to start a new vacuum job. It's important to take it apart and clean it regularly what keeps it working at its best. I've honestly had no issues with it I would say if you're thinking about buying one this is the one to get.

The best part about waking up is indeed not Folger’s in my cup, but walking on a clean floor definitely is. Lil Tyrone (Yes, his name is Tyrone and I love him.) really puts in the overtime and I wake up to a clean floor every single day. My floor is no longer crusty even with 3 dogs in the house! Very convenient to have, specially if you own a pet. You can schedule it as needed and it cleans very well. It even goes under my couch , bed and over my area rug which is a plus!

My family loves this vacuum, we named it WALL·E. I picked it up on sale as one of the member monthly deals. It does what it is suppose to. It’s nice not having to vacuum as often with a traditional vacuum.
