Great vacuum! Love it! Good suction and keeps things very clean.

Not the best AI vacuum out there but for 300 with auto empty, it can't be beat. If I were looking at paying full price, I'd probably go with something different. It mapped my place extremely well but had issues actually cleaning it, although nothing that was upsetting or annoying, it just needs a hand from time to time

Great unit. Love that there’s no camera. The radar mapping works really well and the base station saves from needing to empty the unit every day.

After a bad experience with previous Robot Vac, I wasnt sure if I would buy another. It wasn’t until the Black Friday deals arrived that I changed my mind. It has proven to be easy to operate and maintain. It cleans my home without issues and is quieter than the old vac.

Got this a month ago and so far so good! It's not the best at avoiding objects but I've only had two times where it has actually caught on anything (1 was a cat string toy and one was a thin cable for a charger). It also sometimes get's it self stuck, it's happened 1-2 times where it shouldn't have. It has done a good job picking up cat hair on our living room carpet, I try and run it every day to keep it manageable. It doesn't pick up all the stray cat litter, but it keeps it more manageable. I do not regret the decision to pick this up, the house in general looks a lot cleaner and it saves me a lot of time in general. I still vacuum but makes that job a lot less daunting.

Really great vacuum. Note that we have purchased with the tower and self clean option we can’t go back. Needs cleaned often. Meaning the roller gets human hair wrapped around it and out needs maintenance. It is however easy to clean.

I have 3 dogs and 2 cats n I like to have clean floors. Call me crazy! But this vacuum keeps up with our household. High recommend. We had issues with the first vac having excessive rattling. So we exchanged it and everything is better. Its a little loud and disorganized the way it cleans but trust, it gets every corner of the house. It cleans our hardwood floors so well/zero grime and the floors are super smooth. Transitions well from different levels and carpet too.

Easy to set up. Clean specific rooms or areas. It does a good job cleaning. Have one dog in the home and it has no problems keeping up with the shedding. Is nice not to have to drag out the vacuum every other day. I have carpet and wood floors and both are kept clean with this handy little machine.

I love this little dude. The phone app is very easy to use, and it does a great job on our laminate wood flooring and area rugs. We have two cats, and sweeping up litter tracked on the floor everyday is a real hassle, but this fella picks up all of that and deposits in into the handy attached bin, which is also very easy to detach and dump.

Got this to replace a cheap robot vacuum that didn't have any mapping or a emptying chamber. This one does an amazing job at mapping and I rarely have to empty the dirt/dog hair from it. Such an upgrade if you have a dumb robot vacuum. We names ours Dobby the house elf, since it cleans up after us.

Runs great. Picks up great. What is a bit annoying is that it consistently runs over the electric cord for my recliner and gets tangled. Not good for the vacuum or the chair. I have set the boundary in the app for it to not go to that section of the room, but it still does every time. Other than that highly recommend

5 dogs in the house… Enough said… best investment ever! I clean the filers every few days and empty the dust bin daily… yes that much hair accumulates. But the Shark handles it and I can’t be more happy! Tile, wood & carpet, goes everywhere!

The vacuume works great! I have a black lab who sheds a lot and this helps tremendously with keeping the hair down.

We love this robot vacuum. Once the map is stored it does its part and we have a carpet floors and it cleans very well. The only downside is tht though it says it can store up to 60 days but in practicality it canr which is not an issue though.

I really like this robot vacuum. I had a Roomba (Robbie, lol) way back in the day. Robot vacuums sure have improved. This one is very intuitive and hasn’t gotten stuck on anything yet. I love the debris collector. When Sharkey is full it comes back home, drops a load and is back off to the races. It covers all spaces and I’m very satisfied. My cat is thoroughly intrigued by this thing also! Bonus entertainment value.

Works great. Originally purchased over the roomba because it was at a better price point. The self-emptying base holds more than expected. The app is really cool. It shows a map of your house as its progress. Battery life has been good as well.

This thing works pretty well! It gets smarter as it runs more and learns the home. Has a good capacity and is easy to set up. I have to clear out the brush as it gets stuck, but only after some time. With 6 animals this thing is pretty beast!
