This vacuum has more suction than any I have ever owned. My carpets look wonderful. The low price adds to it being a great buy. I highly recommend this Shark vacuum.

Worked great for the 4 months it ran until the motor blew up today. Not impressed with customer service at the moment. I have 2 medium sized dogs that cheaper vacuums have been able to hold up longer but the suction in this one is definitely better. Hoping this will be covered by the warranty but I’ll be buying a dyson just because their customer service seems better after dealing with an issue with my v10. I also seem to have really bad luck with electronics period so...

nice vacuum, I wish it would go far enough to completely go under the sofa and bed. Very strong suction. Stands by itself, no need to hang it. Recommend it!

I re-vacuumed a with the Shark APEX after using my former vacuum cleaned and could not believe how full the holder was. I really feel the Shark APEX does a good job.

It is a beast! Awesome user friendly and fast. The cannister fills after each use but thats fine I would rather not have dust waiting in it anyway.

Good stick vacuum for multi-surface flooring and a lift-away for above floor uses. Powerful for a stick vacuum, which is not bulky and can do the heavy-lifting.

Great vacuum, it has a lot of power. I wish it had a lower setting, because it is too strong for small area rugs, but I still love it.

I'm loving this stick vacuum so far! This is my first stick vacuum and I find it much more convenient than traditional vacuum cleaners I have owned. Following are my pros and cons for this model. Pros: - The Quick Start Assembly Instructions were quite easy to follow. There were no tools required and it only took a few minutes to unbox and assemble it. - One of my favorite features is that the handle rotates the vacuum head, making it easy to get into tight, awkward spots. The handle also lays down flat, making it very easy to get all the way under your bed, sofa or other furniture. Love that! - It also has a nice long cord, so can easily cover a room without unplugging and moving the cord. - It has good vacuum suction in both the upright and lift-away modes. - The lift away feature was quite easy with just the push of a button. - The attachments work well for furniture and in lift-away mode it is much easier to use on stairs than a standard, traditional vacuum. - The dust cup releases with 2 latches that just flip up, so it is easy to remove and replace. - I like the stability the retractable wheels provide the vacuum when it is in the upright position. - The maintenance instructions are also easy to follow. - adjusts very well when moving from carpet to tile and back again. - easier to store than a traditional vacuum. Cons: I'm not sure if I would really call these cons, but a couple things to be aware of: - When in upright mode, it is heavier than I thought it would be given how compact it is. Not really an issue to me since I'm only really lifting when it is in the lift-away mode, which is how you use it to do stairs and such. It is still lighter than a traditional vacuum, but I was just surprised a stick vacuum would be as heavy as it is. Could also call that a good thing, I guess, as it makes it feel stable and solidly made. - Due to the small dust cup, it will need to be emptied more frequently than a traditional, standard vacuum. This shouldn't be a big surprise for anyone, as that is how all stick vacuums are. I've just gotten in the habit of emptying mine after every use, as it is quite easy to empty, but it has never been full, so I could easily get multiple uses out of it before emptying it. Overall, I am very happy with this vacuum and feel like it will work well for me for a long time to come.

Easy to assemble. Easy ability to empty storage of waste. Clean air exhaust. Easily converted to a hand vacuum. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love it, the suction is amazing. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is that it's too heavy but other than that it's perfect.
