Fantastic. We compared this directly to the BISSELL hydro steam, and honestly, it’s not even close: The Shark really surprised us in how well thought out it was, as well as the suction and cleaning power. The Bissel struggled on low pile carpet, where the Shark tackles with ease. The pet attachment for hitting those pee spots that catches & keeps the dirty water in its own little container is great, as is the quick and easy onboard hose cleaner - you just put the nozzle up to it and it shoots water through the hose to give it a quick rinse so that nasty water doesn’t reside in the hose. Overall this is a well thought out upright shampoo vacuum, high quality and many features that, in practice, separate this from it’s competitors.

Very good at getting the job done cleans very good. Had a carpet that hadn't been cleaned for several months where kids would play and eat and withing one pass it cleaned it very good. Only thing i would say sucks is the water tank for the clean water. But other than that its a good machine.

This might honest be the best non commercial shampooer I’ve ever used the dog hair collects perfectly in the yellow basket and the smell after I’m done is amazing would definitely buy many more times

I absolutely love this carpet cleaner! It sucks up the dog hair and places it in an internal basket and really scrubs the carpet. We have 4 dogs so cleaning the carpets happen often here and I am glad I purchased this machine

It is heavy but my carpets are very clean. They stay clean. It got stains out that we thought would never come back. Best cleaner we have ever had.

Incredible carpet machine for pet urine. Absolutely destroys BISSELL ProHeat 2x Revolution. Shark comes out on top in terms of quality and performance in many video reviews. Only downside is the solution tank could be bigger.

A suitable carpet cleaner for thick carpets, and is also effective in removing stains. Its suction is strong enough to extract the stain. Overall, it is a reliable product that accomplishes its intended purpose.

Definitely a great purchase if you have pets! We ran it on all of our carpets and couches and they are cleaner than the day we got them!

Great product! Cleans everything very well. We just bought a new home and have carpet. With 2 toddlers things get very messy, it’s easy to wash the carpet and other furniture pieces with the shark.

I own the older model, too. This updated version is even better and has the awesome feature of a plastic cage in the canister that catches hair before it mixes with dirty water, making continued cleaning MUCH more simple.

Does a great job on my 40 year plus carpet. Had my 14.5 year old shepherd loose back legs and then continence issues, and this cleaned up carpet great. Well worth it, wouldn't consider the cheaper carpets and the rentals will add up.

I have a shark vacuum and was hoping this shampooer was as good. I was not disappointed. Easy to set up and use. Worked on the carpets, couches and stairs Cleans up quickly. That’s all pretty much what I’m looking for in a shampooer.

These Shark cleaners are amazing! It’s really impressive how much they can lift out of carpet and fabrics. The wet mess attachment is pretty cool!

This machine can clean with such ease! Have a big dog with hair and it cleans EVERYTHING. No bristle brush is amazing and so easy to clean. Shark products are built to last!
