Great steam cleaner. I wish the tank was bigger but it works great.

Replaced an older hoover carpet cleaner and this one is amazing and a lot easier to use. Extremely nice not having to disconnect and connect hoses to use the handle since it is always connected. Stains that the other never removed have now disappeared and the shark carpet solution is one of the best and best smelling that I've ever used.

WOW! My old Bissell had seen better days and I have always had Shark sweepers so decided on this one. I am impressed. It is powerful, moves smooth, and I had my traffic pattern cleaned in no time. Love that there is a dry only mode so after cleaning you can go back over it to continue to pull water. The best part is it all comes apart easily to clean. Even the cover on the floor is removable to clean pet hair. The dirty water has a hair catch container that is easy to clean. So happy with this and it's mostly all contained on the uniut.

By far the best and easiest carpet cleaner I ever used, it works perfectly, I noticed at first pass the smell was amazing it didn’t give off that musty smell that typically carpet cleaners I have used. I would never buy an old style type again, this style is so much easier to clean too.

This is the best carpet cleaner I've ever bought. I'm hooked on Shark over Bissell now. We had a 15 year old dog that had several achieves a day in the last several months of her life, causing lots of stains that the couple Bissell machines i had didn't take care of. Despite the age of the stains, the shark is working on them and they fade with every cleaning. It also uses significantly less water/ cleaner than the Bissell did and the shark cleaning solutions work better than any of the other solutions on both the stains and oders.

Cleaned our carpets extremely well! We have a Boxer and a Maine Coon. It cleaned hair our everyday vacuum couldn't. I would highly recommend. It restored our carpet back to new.

I’ve had many carpet cleaners over the years and this one takes the cake. Very easy to use and relatively quiet for a carpet cleaner. One of the most important components for these machines is their ability to be broken down and the components cleaned. The shark is one of the best engineered for this purpose. 100% would recommend.

I have owned several carpet cleaners over the decades… with 7 kids and now a dozen grandkids.. and a variety of pets over the decades… I have gone through pretty much every brand… they were all bigger .. all were heavy.. bulky.. a nightmare to clean… left the carpet to wet or just couldn’t get the spots and stains out of the carpet… and they all let hair balls along the way …this little beast is simple to clean.. has a small footprint so it stores nicely… has a hose attachment that stores on the machine and has multiple attachments for a variety of cleaning jobs… this thing even has a self cleaning feature for the hose and the attachments that works quite nicely… cleaning out the dirty water tank is a breeze…. The two part cleaning solution is amazing… You don’t have to use the shark formula. Cleaners in the machine, but I would recommend it…. And for those of you, who don’t know that after you clean your carpet, you should go over it one more time with clean water to remove any soap that may be left behind… FYI..I discovered using club soda for the Clear water rinse leaves the carpet softer and cleaner than just regular water … this little beast is a must if you have kids and pets and carpet and upholstery… Pretty sure it’ll work great. Cleaning the carpet in my truck and car as well.!!

Cleans very well, unfortunately it is limited on hoq far it can go under furniture. Real bummer.

Vey powerful with decent ease of use. My only dislike is not having control of when the machine sprays cleaner. It automatically sprays cleaner when you push the machine forward

Love this machine!! We moved in our newly built home a 17mos ago and the contractor never did a 'deep' clean prior to us moving in. This carpet cleaner did the job!! I used it for the first time last week after the Christmas tree came down and it definitely did not disappoint!! Next will be my ottomans and furniture frame!! Cannot wait! Shark is always on point!
