    It works as advertised but it a pretty small tank of water that needs refilled constantly. On top of this you will go through their approved (and expensive) cleaning solution very quickly.

    I liked how it was very easy to start and stop for emptying the tank! I also liked how it sucked almost all the water leaving the carpet almost dry and dry an hour later!

    We have 3 large dogs and 5 indoor cats. We thought we had our area rugs cleaned before we moved, but the company just rolled the rugs up and wrapped them without cleaning them. When we unrolled the rugs it was quite obvious they had not been cleaned. We used the Shark CarpetXpert with the Pet cleaner and wow what a difference!! Highly recommend !
