Works great. Quick and easy. Dries fast and cleans well

Love this machine!! We moved in our newly built home a 17mos ago and the contractor never did a 'deep' clean prior to us moving in. This carpet cleaner did the job!! I used it for the first time last week after the Christmas tree came down and it definitely did not disappoint!! Next will be my ottomans and furniture frame!! Cannot wait! Shark is always on point!

I originally thought this this was a gimmick with the two different solutions, but i was wrong. This cleaner is amazing. I had been looking for a new machine to replace my aging Bissell and im so happy to have gone with a shark. I was surprised at how clean it not only got my carpets but also my upholstery. Only complaint is that the dirty tank is small so constantly having to stop but Im ok with it as the carpet cleaning time is a relaxing time for me. Highly recommend this.

Purchased this for use in our rental home. No sooner did we get it than our pups got sick and ensured it got used. They made messes on multiple surfaces of different materials and you can't tell. If you're used to a button for clean and a separate one for rinse, this takes a bit to get used to, but well worth it and high quality clean.

Shark is a brand I trust. I already have 3 shark vacuums and the small scrubber, so when my carpet scrubber died I chose to get a Shark. I have 2 shedding chihuahuas with the short hair that is stuck everywhere. The Shark CarpetXpert Hairpro Pet with Stainstriker has been a lifesaver. The different attachments and the Pet Stain Remover works wonders on their little messes. I will never go back to anything but a Shark but the ones I have have lasted longer than any other brand I've had>

Picked up the Shark CarpetXpert HairPro Pet on 18 July 25 from BestBuy.com, and I've got two dogs that shed like it's their full-time job. This thing works like a champ. Easy to set up, powerful suction, and the StainStriker actually lives up to the name-it blasted out spots I thought were permanent. My rugs and couch went from "dog house" to "guest ready" in one afternoon. Corded means no stopping for a recharge, and it's built solid. If you've got pets, hair, and mystery stains, this is money well spent.

Shark carpetXpert machine works remarkably well cleaning a heavily soiled rug. The beater brush is the best design I have used. It doesn't get all bound up with hair or fibers and is easy to remove and clean after use. The only negative is that the dirty water tank is small and needs emptying frequently. Also the booster stain formula is great.

Fantastic. We compared this directly to the BISSELL hydro steam, and honestly, it’s not even close: The Shark really surprised us in how well thought out it was, as well as the suction and cleaning power. The Bissel struggled on low pile carpet, where the Shark tackles with ease. The pet attachment for hitting those pee spots that catches & keeps the dirty water in its own little container is great, as is the quick and easy onboard hose cleaner - you just put the nozzle up to it and it shoots water through the hose to give it a quick rinse so that nasty water doesn’t reside in the hose. Overall this is a well thought out upright shampoo vacuum, high quality and many features that, in practice, separate this from it’s competitors.

It works great i love its ease of use just wush it held a but more watter for cleaning but after you clean turn off the flow of cleaning solution and keep just on suction and carpet wtll be dry in no time jyst be sure to go over the area thourally.

This carpet cleaner works great when you can figure out how to make it work. I have spent more time trouble shooting than carpet cleaning.

Does just what it advertised easy to put together and use.

We purchased this rug cleaner and used it the next day only living /dining room area which is also a high traffic area. The Shark carpet cleaner did an excellent job.

I bought this hoping it’d be my new pass-time. I have a husky who sheds a lot and a fiance who likes to wear his shoes in the house. But honestly… it’s been nothing but frustrating. It does great on furniture, but even then, getting the hose out is a chore. For floors? Nope. There’s no button to control the water/soap—it just starts spraying as soon as it’s on. So you end up wasting way more than you need. They do give you a “dry only” option, but all that really does is add more time to your cleaning—and it still barely picks anything up. And of course, they want you to buy their special cleaner just for this machine. It’s bulky, heavy, and hard to move around. Overall, not impressed. I absolutely love this carpet cleaner! It sucks up the dog hair and places it in an internal basket and really scrubs the carpet. We have 4 dogs so cleaning the carpets happen often here and I am glad I purchased this machine

Works good easy to use but the little pieces like these black button type things that go in tank reserve can pop out easily and if lost will make maxhine almost impossible to use water will leak everywhere the brush head will not spray just think they need to make it more sturdy. Most people who use a shampoo maxhine frequantly is due to pets and or elderly or severe allergies. Theae things nees to be addressed and better mayerials and or structure of t he maxhine needs better parts but most part best one so far except for mini pieces that can easily fall out.

This is my favorite purchase thus far I love the quality only problem is that it does not cover the entire living room you have to refill quite often
