I have 2 pets and 1 cat and it’s gets crazy specially haaving a carpet,this product does miracles strongly recommend

Works good easy to use but the little pieces like these black button type things that go in tank reserve can pop out easily and if lost will make maxhine almost impossible to use water will leak everywhere the brush head will not spray just think they need to make it more sturdy. Most people who use a shampoo maxhine frequantly is due to pets and or elderly or severe allergies. Theae things nees to be addressed and better mayerials and or structure of t he maxhine needs better parts but most part best one so far except for mini pieces that can easily fall out.

Fantastic. We compared this directly to the BISSELL hydro steam, and honestly, it’s not even close: The Shark really surprised us in how well thought out it was, as well as the suction and cleaning power. The Bissel struggled on low pile carpet, where the Shark tackles with ease. The pet attachment for hitting those pee spots that catches & keeps the dirty water in its own little container is great, as is the quick and easy onboard hose cleaner - you just put the nozzle up to it and it shoots water through the hose to give it a quick rinse so that nasty water doesn’t reside in the hose. Overall this is a well thought out upright shampoo vacuum, high quality and many features that, in practice, separate this from it’s competitors.

I have little ones that are constantly stealing their si lings drinks and spilling them on my carpets. The product has been a God send.

I bought this hoping it’d be my new pass-time. I have a husky who sheds a lot and a fiance who likes to wear his shoes in the house. But honestly… it’s been nothing but frustrating. It does great on furniture, but even then, getting the hose out is a chore. For floors? Nope. There’s no button to control the water/soap—it just starts spraying as soon as it’s on. So you end up wasting way more than you need. They do give you a “dry only” option, but all that really does is add more time to your cleaning—and it still barely picks anything up. And of course, they want you to buy their special cleaner just for this machine. It’s bulky, heavy, and hard to move around. Overall, not impressed. We purchased this rug cleaner and used it the next day only living /dining room area which is also a high traffic area. The Shark carpet cleaner did an excellent job.

Vacuum steamer works very well. the dirt and stains from upholstery and carpet. Though it leave it kind of to damp only down fall. It is kind of heavy.

This is the best carpet cleaner we have owned in 40 years. We really liked their vacuumes, better than Dyson which we also have owned. So we decided to switch after the other major brand broke. And so glad we did. Easier to use and it does a better job

Got a bissel carpet cleaner. Well the brush stopped spinning. I gave up trying go fix it. My wife and i have been on a ninja and shark kick (ive yet to be let down). Got this carpet cleaner and rug looks brand new. As a dog owner we stay on top of cleaning and this just makes my living room rug looks like we’ve just replaced it. (Its white and grey)

I absolutely love this carpet cleaner! It sucks up the dog hair and places it in an internal basket and really scrubs the carpet. We have 4 dogs so cleaning the carpets happen often here and I am glad I purchased this machine

If you havea new puppy, this one is for you. Easy to use and the dry-only option is fantastic.

This item has been great. With our new puppy we have used every attachment.

I haven't used it. Plan on using next week. I have a shark vacuum and like it very much so I sure they won't let me down with the carpet cleaner. When I use it i will send another review.

Love love love it! My carpet looks brand new and my kids have been rough on it over the last 6 or so years. All stains removed and carpet is fluffed like the day it was laid.

This carpet cleaner is great! I have always had the Hoover brand but now I don’t think I would ever want to go back! The only downfall is it is pretty heavy compared to my Other ones.

Terrific carpet and better than what you can rent. The best out there. Easily able to refurbish older carpet to look brand new

The power this machine is unbelievable. It took the stains out of the carpet with ease. It is also nice because there is no puttin to push to dispense the solution. It does it automatically when pushing the machine forward.

Does a great job on my 40 year plus carpet. Had my 14.5 year old shepherd loose back legs and then continence issues, and this cleaned up carpet great. Well worth it, wouldn't consider the cheaper carpets and the rentals will add up.
