Does a really great job cleaning and removing the water out of the carpet

This is the best carpet cleaner I’ve had in a long time. The only complaint I would have is the waters collects fast and you have to empty it often. Water tank should be bigger.

Excellent carpet cleaner; removes stains I could not get out before; easy to operate and clean. Highly recommend; has the necessary attachments for stairs or small areas.

This product is simply amazing. I went from looking for new carpet to replace existing ones to I'm gonna keep this carpet for a little bit longer. Simply the best product out there currently. The carpet also dries within 3 hours of cleaning with this product. Though the dirty water collector may be small, but it makes up for it in fast results.

Theis vacuum is POWERFUL!! It cleans effortlessly and deeply leaving your carpet looking brand new! Our carpet is 5 years old and highly trafficked after one pass it looked so much better. It also glides forward so you don’t have to push too hard to move the vacuum around the room. Great buy!

I just love this carpet cleaner it leave the carpet clean with no problem .very easy to use from washing your carpet to switching to wash your couch.

Fantastic for the price. Uses much less than my old Bissell machine. Lots of ease of use things like having the hose always connected and ready.

This is probably the best shampoo carpet cleaner out of all of the machines you can find today. The suction on this thing is so powerful it acts like a vaccuum sometimes. Now here is the thing that loses two stars. You have to be really careful on adding detergent to the machine. If you get bubbles in the dirty tank it will overflow to the motor causing to spew dirty foam or water back to the floor. This is due to how powerful the suction is. The bissell machine does not do this because the suction is not as powerful as the Shark. THis is expected as Shark machines are best for their suction. The dirty water tank does have a cut off valve when it hits a level but does not stop bubbles. Literally have to cut the detergent in half to prevent this. This is the only flaw this machine has. I had to return mine as it kept overflowing even after not adding much detergent to the machine. This includes their own product. So the motor got defective. Lucky enough I had total tech on this thing and was an easy return. I will buy again when they make a v2 of this model and see if they can block foam from forming in the dirty water tank.

I shopped for a while before deciding on this carpet cleaner. It's lightweight, easy to use and does a great job extracting dirty, pet hair and stains from my carpets and rugs

The product did a thorough job at cleaning the carpet and fairly easy usage and removal for cleaning after usage. Very convenient and worthy purchase instead of using rentals that we don't know what is the care process for.

It is excellent in what it’s intended for, haven’t had to pull the brush off yet but looks easy as is every thing else to clean the machine. Just wish it had a holder for all the attachments, I always have to locate that one when I need it.

I would buy this again and again. It is perfect for those pet accidents; it is easy to get around my house, easy to operate and does a great job. I am a Shark fan, and this carpet cleaner continues to impress me.

Easy to use, worked wonderfully to clean my rug. Glad I purchased it. Rep on floor quickly got the last model for me and got me out the door.

One of the easiest to use (& clean) carpet shampoo machines I’ve ever owned! Would like the dirty water bucket to have a larger capacity though - but, not a deal breaker!

My old carpet scrubber stopped working, so I went to the store for a new one. I have 2 dogs, so not having one is not an option. I debated on which one to get, but I love my vacuum so much I decided on the Shark. I love this scrubber! It does such a great job and is so easy to use. Spend the extra money and get this carpet scrubber!

excellent carpet cleaner with amazing cleaning power

I used the Shark CarpetXpert at home and it worked incredibly well. Stains disappeared, carpets look refreshed and practically new again. Super powerful, easy to use - highly recommend!!

I love this carpet cleaner! It does a marvelous job with suction, not spraying too much liquid, and isn’t difficult to maneuver. It gets used regularly when a pet gets sick or things get spilled. It’s not a cleaner that is only used for Spring Cleaning or pre-parties.

This is a buy i dont regret. I love this thing. It has outstanding suction power. And it is so easy to use and clean.
