I bought this for my mom’s mother’s day gift since she really needed a new one. She loves the way it works every time we’ve used it and it does a great job of actually removing stains from the carpeting and it has a great ease of use compared to some of the Bissells she’s had in the past.

I love my new deep cleaner. This machine works like the professionals. Cleans great. Drys quickly. Smells great. I have yet to have any issues.

Excellent Product and Easy to assemble. We really liked it. Used it to clean our home carpets and now they looks Cleaner as earlier.

We had an older, basic Bissell cleaner that died and we needed a new one ASAP. I love all of my other Shark small appliances, so I decided to give this a try. It blew my mind the first time I used it. It was pulling out a lot of dirt from heavy traffic areas and even pulled out more dirt from areas I had gone over with the older Bissell before it died. I'm really impressed with this cleaner and it feels like a semi-pro cleaner with its performance. Can't wait to try out the upholstery cleaning attachments.

It is very easy to use and does an excellent job cleaning.

Great carpet shampooer, pulls up stains. Bought a new home and first week in my 8 year old decided to get sick one night all over our new carpet! Next day I bought this, and it pulled up the stain just fine. I use Resolve solution instead of Shark's solution. It has all the pulling power that you would expect and can be taken apart to clean. I do wish it was a bit more convenient to use, but I'm not sure exactly how to make it more convenient. it is a whole ordeal to get it out and prepared.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this vacuum! It’s powerful enough to deep-clean carpets and rugs, yet gentle on hardwood floors. The suction is incredible for dust, and dirt effortlessly. Assembly was simple, and I love how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver. The included attachments are super useful for tight spaces and upholstery. It even leaves the carpet looking refreshed and almost new. I’ve noticed a big difference in air quality after using it regularly. Highly recommended!

Very good suction and cleaning results, but The tank for dirty Water is able to fill only 1/3of its capacity and you have to dump it otherwise it doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous how little you can have there. Also the inability to regulate when to spray water irritated me. So I returned.

You can literally see the carpet cleaner the first time you use it. It’s amazing!!! Magical!!

This thing is amazing. I have a white couch and it had some stains that I really did not think would ever be cleaned. Especially on the arm rest. the couch looks great after one pass. It already paid for itself by cleaning my couch. Now I'm looking at everything else in my house and I want to clean it all

This cleaner is incredible. I have 2 dogs and my bedroom carpet is contractor grade light grey so it gets dirty fast. Not to mention a puppy that has some accidents. This cleans betrer than anything ive ever used.

This is an amazing product. It really deeps clean carpet. Only downside is that the water and product goes fast, so you need to be replacing it at everymoment.

Its nice to have a carpet cleaner that works with the ease of a vacuum cleaner. Its removed spits my old cleaner couldn't.

I have two dogs and one is a senior. He tends to have more accidents now. I’ve really been impressed with how well this unit cleans. When i check spots under a black light they are gone completely.
