Excellent shark quality. Easy to use and does a great job cleaning the area rugs from the dogs and their messes or accidents. Won’t use all the features in the machine but it does a great job for what we need it for

This machine does an excellent job. I haven’t used the stain striker yet, The deep clean was as advertised. The only thing I noticed was the cord could be a little longer.

This carpet cleaner is a lot lighter then our old one and boy the difference in cleaning is amazing

I bought this for my mom’s mother’s day gift since she really needed a new one. She loves the way it works every time we’ve used it and it does a great job of actually removing stains from the carpeting and it has a great ease of use compared to some of the Bissells she’s had in the past.

Love love love this. We have a older cat who was peeing in our living room and decided to take a chance on this and amazing. The smell is gone!!!!

Great shampooer. I thought it would be like very other one i have bought innthe past but I am extremely happy with the job this does. I believe the chemicals are too expensive but so is everything else in the world right now.

I love my new deep cleaner. This machine works like the professionals. Cleans great. Drys quickly. Smells great. I have yet to have any issues.

We had an older, basic Bissell cleaner that died and we needed a new one ASAP. I love all of my other Shark small appliances, so I decided to give this a try. It blew my mind the first time I used it. It was pulling out a lot of dirt from heavy traffic areas and even pulled out more dirt from areas I had gone over with the older Bissell before it died. I'm really impressed with this cleaner and it feels like a semi-pro cleaner with its performance. Can't wait to try out the upholstery cleaning attachments.

Decent cleaning. Getting familiar with the usage. Didn't clean the rug/carpet up to the level of satisfaction I expected but overall did a decent clean

Excellent Product and Easy to assemble. We really liked it. Used it to clean our home carpets and now they looks Cleaner as earlier.

Very good suction and cleaning results, but The tank for dirty Water is able to fill only 1/3of its capacity and you have to dump it otherwise it doesn’t work. It’s ridiculous how little you can have there. Also the inability to regulate when to spray water irritated me. So I returned.

This thing is amazing. I have a white couch and it had some stains that I really did not think would ever be cleaned. Especially on the arm rest. the couch looks great after one pass. It already paid for itself by cleaning my couch. Now I'm looking at everything else in my house and I want to clean it all

This cleaner is incredible. I have 2 dogs and my bedroom carpet is contractor grade light grey so it gets dirty fast. Not to mention a puppy that has some accidents. This cleans betrer than anything ive ever used.
