The way is cleans stains in the carpet is amazing, the cord is long, and the attar home fa work great as well. I used this on my couch after the Super Bowl and it looks brand new again! Great buy

I have had a good experience with the test room I did. Pulled a ton of dirt out. powerful and compact like a vacuum cleaner.

I didn’t realize that you are supposed to use only the shark brand cleaner or that there weee two types to get but that is probably my own fault for not looking closely ahead of time. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars just out of convenience.
