So far so good, this really works! If I had the money I’d buy one for each room!

I purchased this air filter July 6th of this year. Received on the 9th, Unboxed and set it up in my daughter’s room by July 10th of this year. It has been showing at zero percent for about a week now. I’ve checked everything and anything I can think of to determine what the problem is only to come up empty handed. The filter still shows it has 85% life on it. My returned window has closed. I am left with an over priced air purifier that turns on but is not functioning. Worked great for about 6 weeks.

Really good product. after a full day of use next day my son slept thru the night with no cough at all. His allergies have been to the minimum.

After the last two years of the covid ordeal, I have a total new appreciation for hand washing, social distancing and clean air!  When the pandemic was kicking off and the fact it was airborne started to come out, I made a straight line to Best Buy and bought three air purifiers. I am not a paranoid person, but I do believe in being prepared. I bought one for my work office and two for my house.  They have been running ever since then.  I even added a couple more along the way.  As the pandemic waned and things have settled, I really started to notice how much cleaner my house was in the fact there are no dust bunnies or dust in general on the crown molding or counter tops. I also can tell a big difference when I clean my air filters in my HVAC.  My house has just a clean fresh smell throughout. My allergies have improved and I just feel overall better and I really think it has to do with better quality air.   If you think about it, we spend a ton of time in our houses and what ever is in the air in the house is in us….every breath…dust germs, dander, pollen…EVERYTHING!  Why in the world would you not want the cleanest air you can breathe for you and your family!!!!  I mean it’s a no brainer! So as I said I have few different brands and there are a lot of goods ones out there to be sure, but this Shark really stands out.  This seems to me to be a midrange purifier that has some high end features that I really love.  For one, it monitors the air quality real time!  That really is a big-time feature if you really want to know you are getting what you pay for and what’s going into your lungs!  You can’t deal with issues you don’t even know you have!! When I got it out of the box I started running it through it’s paces in the kitchen.  The kitchen, at diner time, is a great place to watch the air quality fluctuate quickly.  I decided to do BLT with tomatoes for diner with homemade french fries.  The bacon cooking always lowers the air quality due to the smoke.  Sure enough,  the Shark sniffed out the air and kicked into high gear and had the air cleaned up in no time.  I say it “kicked into high gear” because that what it can actually do.  It has an auto mode that noticed the poor air quality and the Shark ramped up the cleaning and took off like a jet. I probably should not say “jet” though because even at the highest setting it’s really very quiet. After about 15 minutes or so it began to cycle down to a silent whisper after it had done its job and I mean whisper quite…like lean in and listen quite! nice. I also really love the eco friendly mode.  After 10 minutes of good air quality, it kicks into an eco-mode which really prolongs the filter life and is super super quiet!  The filter should last 6-12 MONTHS!!! After testing in the Kitchen, I chose to put it in my home gym near the treadmill….If I’m huffing and puffing O2 from running…I want the purest air I can. It also looks really cool. I also like the intake and central exhale of the scrubbed air. it shoots it straight up into the room. The set up and touch pad on top could not be any easier or more intuitive. It’s just a really great purifier. Everyone knows Shark makes an incredible vacuum but think about all the filtration tech that goes into a vacuum…yeah they know clean and they brought that from my floors to the air I breath in my home! Can’t go wrong with this one!

If you smoke indoors it’s good for cleaning smells over night . Not an all day kinda air filter doesn’t really take care of cooking smells not worth the money in my opinion unless you buy it on sale it’s good for a bedroom that’s about 100 square feet Also it loud af On my soul

Best air purifier I’ve got. It’s up there with the Dyson . And it’s kinda loud in a good way, it helps me sleep.

Very useful and effective. I love how it show the percentage of “clean air” currently have. For a small studio I have, this is exactly what is needed for me!

No more waking up with stuffy nose and dry throat. Reduces odors and allergens in the air. It really helped! I have no regrets! :)

The air purifier has been working well. I have had it for over a week. I like knowing the percentage of how clean the Family Room air is. I have it set to auto setting to track how much it is filtering the room air. I recommend it.

This is my first Shark air purifier that I installed in the living room that gets a bit of foot traffic. I have another European brand smart air purifier in the master bedroom that works well and doubles as a small end-table. First impressions about the Shark Air Purifier with True HEPA are very positive. It was packed well, super easy to install, basically just take it out of the box, remove the outer wrapper, twist the big bottom filter cover, remove the filter from its packing bag and install it back. Once you plug the unit in, touch the power button that lights up and let it do its thing. The Clean Sense IQ technology will analyze and detect the air quality and automatically adjust the fan speed to gradually purify 99.98% large, small and micro-sized particles, dust and non-living allergens from the air. After vacuuming the room, the air quality was still at 92%...that’s where the Shark comes in to scoop up the rest and it does it very quietly. I’ve had other more expensive air purifiers that were so loud you couldn’t even watch TV in the same room without having to crank-up the volume. This Shark Air Purifier with True HEPA is so much better, light weight, though solid build quality and super quiet. The LCD screen will provide information such as air purification percentage, Eco mode, timer settings if you chose to have it turned off at night, filter replacement reminder, etc. The filter is supposed to last anywhere from 6-12 months on 24x7 Auto mode which is how I plan on using it, especially with all the pollen we have to deal with in the Northeast this time of the year. The only feature that I wish it had was Wi-Fi connectivity and a smartphone App to control mode, fan speed and provide some daily stats on purification patterns, etc. Either way, I still love it and would recommend it to others for its simple yet effective design and super quiet operation.

First experience with Shark air purifier. I have been using other air purifiers from different brands and they still work really well and efficiently. This Shark is well designed, has a small footprint, and is lightweight, making it easy to move in the house. Of course, equipped with a HEPA filter with Shark IQ Sense tech that tracks air quality and automatically adjusts the machine's power to maintain the clean air in the area. The setup is super easy, I had only to remove the adhesive tape from the filter and then removed the filter from its plastic cover and put the filter back, and plug it into the power outlet. Next, I pressed the power button on the touch top control panel and waited for a few seconds to allow the machine to analyze the air quality and report that on the digital screen. I selected the auto mode and my initial air quality was 96 after about an hour reached 99-100. It works so quietly to the extent I can not even tell it is working given the size of my bedroom which is less than 200 sq. ft. The data display is bright and easy to see and read. I noticed the dust is being captured and less obviously seen on furniture which is a win. Excellent air purifier and to me, it is a must-have, especially for my health conditions and my chronic allergy. I just wish this air purifier was app-compatible so it can be controlled through a smartphone app via wifi.

This is a super quiet and efficient air filter. I have 2 roommates and a dog, so it is always dusty in my house. I have stained concrete and tile floors, so no carpet to absorb the pollen. I have had other air filters, they stay on all the time, loud, or do not do a super good job. This solves all of these. When you first set it up, make sure you take out the filet and remove the plastic. Just use the auto setting on your first clean. This said I had marginally dirty air (70%). I did put this in a room larger than 500 feet but its what I wanted to test on. A couple hours later, I did not even notice the air purifier had turned itself off. I pressed the power button of course, and it showed my air quality was in the mid 90s. You can look at several readouts, what your air quality is, what particulates are in the air. This does claim to remove COVID/viruses in the austin. I can not test this, so just run with that information. Mine did remove cooking odors, not super fast but it did. Since this is not on all the time I can see why the filer would last 6-12 months Would have been nice to have an app so I can track what the air purifier is doing

This air purifier does exactly what it is intended to do. My room tends to built up a lot of dust due to tracking in dirt from the outside on occasion or from my pup who sheds her coat during the summer. I vacuum regularly but I still tend to walk into my room and have the urge to sneeze or wake up in the morning with a stuffy nose. Running this air purifier for just an hour made a world of difference. The digital display giving you live readings of the air quality in the area where you place the machine seems accurate. I had a candle lit a few feet away while the air purifier was running on auto and as soon as I blew the candle out, my air quality went from 87% to 0% until all the smoke had been sucked into the filter. It took a few minutes for the purifier to go back to above 85%. The purifier on auto will run quietly if above 85% but the fans will kick in faster and louder if the air quality dips below the GOOD range. Just this morning while someone in my household was cooking breakfast, I turned the air purifier on and it sensed the air quality fall to 72% even with the Kitchen being about 20 feet from my bedroom. Another great feature is the ability to see the percentage of the filter life. After about an hour of use, the filter dropped from 100% to 99%. It is convenient to know just about the right time to order a new filter. You can also dim the lights on the display or turn them off completely while the purifier is still running in case you want to run it while you sleep. I like to set it on a timer so it doesn't run all day or night. Overall, I am immensely please with this air purifier from Shark. It is simple to use and cleans the air around me so I am free of allergens.

Shark Air Purifier is compact, powerful, and quiet. Beautifully designed too. Air is sucked from the side and blow out from the top. All the buttons are on the top. The buttons are power button, fan speed up, down and auto fan speed button, air info button, brightness button, timer button, filter life button and child lock button. The top also has the fan speed indicator. The front has a big LED display that shows the air quality and other information. The display is enclosed with a LED ring that uses colors to indicate air quality. Example, blue is good; red is not. The display is big enough that I can check the air quality from afar, very convenient. To start using the air cleaner, you have to open the bottom cover, remove the plastic packaging from the filter, reinstall the filter, plug in and press the power button to turn it on, very simple. I like the Clean Sense IQ sensor that senses air quality and automatically adjusts itself to improve air quality and report results in real time. The HEPA filter captures 99.98% of airborne particles like allergens, dust, dander and it also remove odor. I placed it in my living room which is about 500 square feet and it clean the room effortlessly, impressive for such compact size air cleaner. The only thing I think will make this perfect is to include UV to kill virus.

Garbage!! It only worked for a month and has already broken … always showing 0 and nothing…
