    When ALL conditions are met, it works just fine. However if it picks up string from carpet, you have to plug it up to "reset" it. Also it doesn't feel stable, lack of build quality.

    I thought it vacuumed the floors and carpets pretty good,but it was a real project in removing the hair or debris that became wrapped around the bristles.

    Wish I could return. Doesn't stay charged. Only lasts a couple minutes, had it for little over two months. Was good in the beginning. Now it us useless.
