Waste of money, I’m returning it BIG TIME!!. Besides the fact that the suction is poor, even on Hi, It feels like a toy, it’s not sturdy at all.
Since it’s Shark I thought I was getting something better.

Better than my Dyson on hard floors

I have a Shark cordless to complement my Dyson ball vac and honestly the Shark vac blows the Dyson out of the water on hard floors. It picks up pet hair and debris off the floors and the backsaver button is perfect to get under tables and couches. It isn't the greatest on the carpets, so I turn back to the Dyson there, but as far as quick floor cleanups, this is the best!

I was so excited to get my new/ better upgraded model of Shark Sweeper Vacuum, but really unhappy with it's performance. First, I noticed the suction was low. Second, what is suppose to be easier accessibility to empting the dirt compartment was more of a mess. Third, the handle-rod-debris compartment detaches completely from the from the vacuum as a result of the button getting tapped underneath table or just lifting and moving. REALLY QUITE ANNOYING WITH SO MANY INTERRUPTIONS WHILE TRYING TO CLEAN!
I wish I could buy the original Shark Broom Vacuum I had for years. Loved it! Had great suction and durability as I did say "I had it for years."
I'm confused as to why Shark has to ad so many options to make it more accessible? It was Great the way it was.
I will be returning this item,

Not a bad vacuum but has poor part support. I lost a part from the brush bar and it's impossible to order a replacement as Shark's website is completely out of stock and no one else makes a replacement for this. It's not the actual brush bar that is bad for me but the actual little grey wheel looking thing that works like a bearing that goes onto the end and connects to the metal on the end of the actual bar. Maybe I would have a different opinion if I could actually use my unit.
