this is a great vacuum,the revolving brush works fine on hard surfaces but bogs down on upholstery. battery life is good.

We decided to purchase this for use in our car because of our 2 year old and his love of all things tiny and annoying to pick up. We followed the instructions about charging it fully and running it until it died. Since then it works perfectly. No problems whatsoever. Easy to charge (it does take a while, but nothing terrible), and easy to clean. Exactly what we were looking for.

I needed a small, portable vacuum for around the house and this Shark model works very well. It has plenty of power and battery life. The attachments and charging stand mount easily to a wall so that this vacuum is ready whenever you need it.

I use this vacuum everyday to clean up dog hair. This vacuum was top rated on consumer reports and I can see why.

I like it a lot. It is so easy to use. Without cord, I can vacuum wherever I can. It did a good job.

I enjoy using my hand vac and find myself using it for more than just a quick job. The only less than perfect issue I may have is that it is sometimes difficult to keep the charge cord properly placed in the charge station. It can fall out, thereby not being in place when you put the hand vac in the holder, thus not getting a charge. Also, the attachments can sometimes be difficult to change out. The big one doesn't remove very easily. All in all though, I love it!

Nice vacuum with good power. The unit is wireless and charges quickly.

I had the Dustin hand held before this one, I guess I'm glad my son broke it because this shark hand held is more powerful and less than half the price. I thought it was ugly at first but it's just a vacuum.. so happy with this purchase. Only gave it a four star because nothing is perfect.

I have all the other Shark Vacuums & have had no problems when I checked for a cordless & saw the Shark & knew it had to be good like all the other Sharks The charge lasted long enough to do the front seats & rear seats sucked up all the pet hairs & every thing else that was loose

When you order the Shark, it comes in a package that calls it a Pet Vacuum, even though nothing indicates that on the sales page. So when I got this I thought it was the wrong appliance since I do not have any pets, and almost returned it. I was pretty annoyed, and researched to see if I had the right appliance (nothing anywhere but on the box itself refers to pets), but started using it with the "pet attachment" and have come to the conclusion that the "pet" monicker is apparently just a marketing tactic. The suction is strong, and the comb roller "pet attachment" works just fine for a non-pet owner. But why doesn't it say anything about "pets" on the Best Buy page, even something as simple as "a great hand-held vac that's strong enough to clean up pet hairs as well as everyday usage."

This hand vac is handy and powerful enough to use especially cleaning the carpet in cars.

Bought this expecting a cordless vac not to have good suction, this is a vacuum that has great suction. I use it all the time, especially for stairs. I like how the attachments are included as well as an upright charging stand. Works great at getting up dog hair as well.

Reliable suction. Works well for quick cleanup of stairs and cars. Decent recharge time.

Powerful motor and does everything (on a small scale) that a regular vac can. Even has a "power nozzle" (rotating brush attachment that plugs in to the vac's electrical system). I liked the fact that Shark also makes regular vacuum cleaners - shows they likely have a dedicated knowledge/experience base of quality vacuum cleaner manufacturing.

Compare to the previous hand vacuum (Dirt Devil brand), the battery lasts much longer.

I'm not sure about the filter. It doesn't seem to work properly although it could b Operator error

It is a small hand held vacuum but it has a lot of power and keeps a charge for a long time.

This is a great hand vacuum. It is easy to use, easy to clean and has great suction. The only problem is that the attachments should have some way of locking to the vacuum. When you use the attachment with the brush on a rug the attachment will come off sometimes.
