Bought this Shark due to the older blue less powerful shark model we had died within a few years due to the motor died. So far this one has lived up to our expectations. And hopefully the motor last longer than two years. Time will tell.

I needed a fast solution for cleaning up after my old cat who treads litter around the floor. This vacuum is great for cleaning up after him! The fabric head is amazing on the sofa, easily sucking up cat hair. I highly recommend this vacuum!

So far it’s okay but I haven’t used it frequently. Mostly used to vacuum dirty inside the cars. The chargeable battery die quickly with less than 1/2 hr used at full charge capacity.

The machine does what was advertised and charges as advertised. One the attachments keeps coming off when in use, so the machine can be rated 4/5

Bought this to get pet hair around my house. Overall it’s great but the battery does not last that long and needs recharging fairly often. Had it a while now and still works great

So I had originally purchased this vacuum but in all honesty I was amazed with it. Don't get me wrong it's a good vacuum but I just had to trade it in for the Dyson absolute V8.

I LIKE THIS MODEL. As good as a hand held Dust Devil stolen from my car a few years ago (i miss that one). I recommend this model. Look for it on sale. It does work fine.

The hand vac came much sooner than I had anticipated. Well packaged. Well placed at garage door where it can't be seen. I am well satisfied with both product and service.

When I got it and read on its packaging that it was for pet messes, I got scared. However, I got to use it and found out it works extremely well as a hand vac for any situation.

This Shark works well for small jobs. Charges easily. Just wish someone would invent a small vac that would last longer then about 15 minutes. However, we believe this is the best of the vacs available.

Not long after we got it, the front nose piece does not stay on it very well at all. Falls off in the middle of vacuuming. Hasn’t lost suction though

Great hand charged vacuum for the price. Really cleans up dirt and pet hair. Use it for spots my big vac can't reach!

This is one powerful hand vacuum. Works equally well on carpets and hardwood floors. I find myself grabbing this vacuum daily for quick jobs. Useful for cleaning stairs, window sills, base boards...you name it!

This vacuum does have good suction and is convenient to move around the house without a cord but unfortunately the life of the battery only lasts about 15 minutes if that.

I am so glad i bought this vacuum. Makes cleaning around the house a lot easier. I take it to church to clean my little ones' mess on our seats and use it to clean our car. I just wish it has longer battery life.

This is my second Shark portable hand held vaccum cleaner. My 1st one had already 6 years old still working and in good condition. My brother have same Shark Vaccum cleaner for 8 years old and have no problem as we'll.

I like everything about this vacuum except how the attachments attach and work. The main attachment is ok. The other two kept coming off and one of them needs to benarrower at the tip to get into small cracks

For what it is, it is a decent cordless, Handheld vacuum. Don't expect long battery life or lots of power but for cleaning up the car or spilled coffee grounds or the like, it is good, especially for the price.

I have a Shark upright vac that I am happy with and so was looking forward to using this cordless hand vac. I am not so thrilled with this product. It is heavier than expected, has a shorter battery life anticipated, particularly based on the weight, and doesn't pick up well on carpet. I don't think it is ideal for car vacuuming due to the lessened suction, and that was my main goal in purchasing. I got a good deal on the price because I redeemed BB certificates, but otherwise I would not purchase again.

I love it. Have had one for a few yrs. I keep one in the basement & one upstairs. The one upstairs finally wore out, so I went to Best Buy & purchased another one. I would not be without my Shark Hand Vac.
