Poorly designed hand vac

Don't use it anymore.m Was a disappointment.

An OK vacuum

The worst part about the vacuum though is the charge. It only lasts about 15-20 minutes so if you're doing a deep clean of your couch you'll need to charge it at least once during the cleaning.

Hand Vac a must for 2 year old grandson

Shark sent a new set of batteries and new batteries did not help. Batteries were charged, discharged, and recharged per manufacturers (Shark) recommendations to maximize operation life per charge. Nothing improved operation beyond effective performance life of 10 minutes. However, for those 10 minutes, operation is satisfactory.
