Don't have the time or space to really make my point...but I am not happy with this product.

This is my second one, the first stopped working but I don't think it was the faculty of the vac. It was used by mistake without the filter in place. I believe it damaged the motor. I use it for my steps, couch quick pick up on floors and carpet. I have always been happy with the cleaning ability. The charge lasts long enough for me to use it for my steps and then some. Then filtered should be replaced every 3 months if you use it regularly and the filters are not very expensive. Good for car use as well. I think it has good suction for a cordless and I like the brush attachment for doing the carpet areas. The crevice tool is nice for small spaces.

Item doesn't do bad at first but after you used it a few times it loses some of the suction and makes really getting pet hair of hard

It works ok without the attachments. Not as much suction as I was hoping for.

This started out great but folded under the pressure of long cat hair.

Makes a high pitched noise when trying to use and belt stops turning.

This is a terrible product! Works for 30seconds to a minute at a time! It's awful!! I will be returning this item!!

Does not suck up anything very disappointed. I hate it. I wasted my money. I bought because it’s a shark and I thought their products were good. Wrong wrong wrong. Horrible

Worked great at first, then after one week, would not hold a charge. Very disappointing. I returned it.

My last one lasted over 10 years and this one lasted 2months

Very disappointing product. Not enough power to do what it describes and a pain to clean and replace filter cartridge.

I've owned several cordless hand vacs & this one is by far the best! The battery life & power are excellent. I love the pet hair attachment... don't have any pets, but my daughter & I both have long hair & tend to "shed" a lot! Until this, I've had a hard time vacuuming my stairs (28 of them!). This vacuum is great for small clean ups too. Kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, & did I mention the stairs?! I'd recommend to anyone!

Broke with in 6 months, terrible suction power and called Shark and they were not helpful.

The vaccum cleaner is weak and the battery dies really fast.

I did a lot of research to find a hand vacuum that is inexpensive, light weight, quiet, won't cost a lot of money in the future and would last. I bought this because I have a 19 month old that is in his terrible two's. I needed what ever extra help I could get cleaning wise to keep up with his antics and also his fathers. He loves to knock over plants inside or outside the house. And they're both messy eaters. Performance: It sucks up the soil and food if you hold it at the right angle, with the attachments or without. It's all about the angles. The animal hair attachment works best with the soil and anything fine grained, but it also gets hair caught in it easily so a close eye should be kept on it and cleaned out constantly. The long nozzle is what I use the most for snacks and bits of food that end up on the ground. It sucks it up quicker and is best on hard surfaces. But it will not suck up the soil or fine particles if they are on the carpet. The third nozzle with the brushes at the end I haven't used. Overall you should still vacuum regularly because none of them do a deep enough clean on the carpet like a regular vacuum would. Maybe it will for more of a rug like carpet. The stand it came with is nice, it's nothing fancy. Just a cheap plastic but stable stand. Be careful: This hand vacuum is very loud. Like a regular loud vacuum. I expected it to be quiet like the Shark Vacuums. My son is scared of it. It also pushes very strong cold air out of the side for maybe a foot around it so it will push what ever you are vacuuming if you turn it at the wrong angle. You should not charge it until the battery is completely dead. And should let it charge until it is fully charged then unplug it. There is no indicator to tell you when it will die soon, only a green light that it is charging and it turns off when it's done. It also takes a long time to charge. You won't be able to use it the same day kind of charge time. So if you will need it in a hurry a lot you may need to buy a back up. Eventually you will need to buy a new filter. You can rinse it to clean it, but it gets a lot of dust on it so I expect it to need a new filter sooner than later. It isn't heavy but does have weight to it. I have tendonitis and carpel tunnel so if I hold it for a few minutes my wrist starts to bend and I have to use both hands. Also, it is significantly cheaper at other stores even when on sale. Ship to Home: When I ordered this to ship to my home it was kept for inspection for a day or so. I'm guessing because it had a battery. So expect for that to happen and to have an opened/used product. I personally didn't want a clearly open/used product but so far I haven't noticed any issues. And I had needed it asap so the wait was upsetting. But because of that it was all set up for me, and charged too lol (probably not fully charged) I would still recommend this product. This one seems like it is sturdy and will last. It has significantly helped me keep my home clean. If not this than just to buy a cheap fifteen dollar one if you don't mind rebuying eventually. All the research I did on other hand vacuums, they all have the same problems. I'm surprised no ones tried to fix them yet.

I bought this vacuum to clean up after my cats (fur bunnies that collect in the corners of my tile floor and litter that gets thrown out of the litter pan due to over enthusiastic burying). I am very happy with my purchase. The suction power and battery life are excellent. One quick walk thru the apartment with my shark and everything is tidy -without having to drag out the big corded vacuum or get down on my hands and knees with a hand broom & dust pan. It is a snap to empty and charges up very quickly.

This vacuum has the right attachments and the right amount of power to thoroughly clean my car carpets, my (really long) stairs, and all of those hard to reach corners in the house. Caution: If you push on any attachment too tight, it can be difficult to pop off later.

The battery life is terrible and only works for 10 minutes at a time if even that.

After reading reviews about this item I decided it wouldn't work for what I needed it for.
